OK, lets lay out 25 law and code books to cross reference -then sections of what was originally written in book1 -were replaced by rule in book 17 that was replaced- by a comment in book 12 that was.
so now what you read in book1= only one fifth of this book actually means what is written, half of book 19 is the new meaning of rule3 of subsection 3(bb) of the international laws set forth by the justice department

Shouldn't it be a right that all of our laws and rules be written in clear plain English!!!
The patriot act is almost 200 pages long, clearly all of it can not be posted here, so just to point out a few items in it...
Keep in mind... the patriot act was meant to help fight terrorism.

Various forms of electronic crimes! meaning any and all people can be tapped , bugged or tracked on the internet........ FOR ANY REASON..without a court order. more to follow
