I like you cro and I like you trish...what you believe or what you don't has nothing to do with it...Now cro you know you can get my dander up sometimes only because what I see is you saying is that you don't want god or Christianity shoved down your throat...fine nobody who doesn't believe does...and that should be respected...nobody should have to believe what another does because beliefs are a personal thing..
.....what I also see is that you don't have the respect you're asking for from others....It's not a goods thing to speak of your beliefs only in essence of putting anothers down..
Personally, Chris, I believe, That one has no right to ask for others considerations, in ones own belief, if they don't give the same to another. In other words Live And Let Live. I have no right to ask some thing of anyone else if I am not willing to also give the same to others when they ask for it.
Um, Indy, um if you don't know, Um ,Queen Noor was American and She married King Hussien of Jordan. He had had other wives. When he died, It was not easy for her. Despite that, she carved out her own niche in the Middle East and is a very admirable woman.
My story is similar. You could be speacking for the both of us. I still try to meet them halfway. It doesn't always work though. But hope does spring eternal.
Also, she has great strength to continue to live among her family in Jordan after King Hussien's death. Many would not have. esp. when it seemed as though others were trying to force her into retirement she fought back with dignity and respect and carved her own niche. She really is an amazing woman. She makes me proud, to be a Westerner.

Same here. I love to drink it. But Bathe in it and be sticky and smelly, not to mention chased after by all manner of insects and others that will then think I am food.... Nah I'll pass.
