From what I understand, this move is to restore confidence in the global economy.

There's plenty of money around, but it's just not moving, because of fear.

Remember, most financial dealings are just on paper or numbers in computers.

And most governmental moves are propaganda supported by the media.

Two seconds ago

After yesterday, I realized that the forums is not the whole enchilada on here.

And that I should be tending to the adventure of actually finding new friends and dating possibilities!

And then I saw this thread.

So, my profile is now rewritten, pictures are up.

Hopefully it reflects my personality and how I live.

OK, so my relatives did not lose it al then.

Actually, they road it out. And the portfolio I have today is mostly composed of the stocks they owned then. And much more due to stock splits and dividend reinvestment.

And my grandfather was a bank president.
