Surely, there must be some programming language that would eliminate a forum thread being brought back to the top of the heap, if the same person posted a comment twice (or more) in a row.
Currently, ANY comment by ANYONE brings a thread to the top, even if it is the same person...over and over and over... again. This has been manipulated by several flooding offenders to the extreme extent.
Alternatively, automatic post blocking, so that the same commentor can't post twice in a row on the same forum thread would also be a (somewhat less favorable) solution.
Both have been done on some other sites, so I KNOW it is possible.
Oh man, the WORST difference is shoe shopping. We guys have 2 or three colors maximum. Maybe we try on one pair and buy it.
Never EVER go shoe shopping with a woman ! Don't fall for "I'll be just a few minutes" either. The second they walk through the door, their inner Imelda Marcos comes out. They have to not only try on every shoe in the store, but they have to see which articles of clothing they bought at the other stores matches each pair. Plus, they have 300 styles and each comes in more colors than the rainbow. It's 10 hours of your life you will NEVER get back !
Yep, both the skin stains and the body mutilations are turnoffs. I find it laughable that some people actually refer to skin stains as "art". A woman's skin is beautiful naturally. Skin is the body's largest organ with several important functions. It doesn't need to be mucked up with dyes nor a plethora of additional holes.
