From what I understand these days is, if you just keep repeating any lie loud enough, it will become true.. well and a tad bit of cash ($ mega millions) bribing the right people so that you own the government, Reps or Dems. Mind you.... if you listen to them you'll also think any health care, borders (unless it's in their backyard), affordable public education, unions, environmental protection, the poor, the unemployed as well as the sinking middle class are all robbing them of their God given right to pillage the world while making sure they get $20m bonuses on our dime.. while paying few if no taxes to the country that made them wealthy and should be bailed out when they get too greedy for their own good (once again at honest peoples expense)... why else would they buy elections and governments? Hadn't you heard? Only those who know how to bleed or print money off the backs of others deserve favor and perks for being conniving cold blooded thieves.. and often worse.

Basically if you're not part of the one percent in control... you're expendable, so who gives a damn if other countries frown on their behavior... they are GODS without any nations loyalty except for their bottom lines, above and beyond any law or border... if you don't believe that, have the misfortune of sitting on something they want.. this is where having loads of cash comes in handy, make enough of it flow and before you know it.. you've decimated a rain forest and all the creatures and lives that drew life from it for fun and profit.. oops. A shame most of the sheep following these leaches don't realize they're cutting off their own noses to spite their face.

So much for the American experiment of what should have been the budding of a proper civil society ay? We have managed to trash it, with concerted effort of course, in 236 yrs.

Obamas health care initiative was flawed in favor of insurance companies in the first place, altho one small victory on the road to common sense and consideration for 'more' Americans shouldn't be denied. But really, let's not stop here.

Today, Those who enlist in the Army, average doing one deployment during their enlistment, 20% do two deployments.

Nope make that 31% according to the other article and from my forward operations base, I know damn well it's even higher than that here. Frankly I don't think I've met anyone in the last 4 yrs who hadn't done at minimum, at least 2 deployments.

U.S. officials say a 38-year old staff sergeant, trained as a sniper, is now in custody. He arrived in Afghanistan in December following three earlier combat tours in Iraq. He's the lone suspect in the slaying of 17 civilians outside Kandahar in the middle of the night (the death toll originally had been 16, but the Afghan government has upped the count by one, and the U.S. government has agreed with the higher number).

The suspect suffered a TBI in Iraq in 2010 after a vehicle he was riding in rolled over in Iraq. But he passed a mental-health exam following the injury, and was declared fit to deploy at Joint Base Lewis-McCord outside Seattle, U.S. military officials say. But such mental-health scrutiny is imperfect and crude, especially if the soldier involved is eager to deploy, they add.

TBIs, along with post-traumatic stress disorder, are the two "signature wounds" of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. TBIs tend to be caused by the blasts from roadside improvised explosive devices, although they can be caused by other trauma, including vehicle accidents. Experts suggest perhaps one in five U.S. troops serving in post-9/11 conflicts have suffered a TBI injury.

Most people haven't a clue how abused the career military personnel has been over the last 11 years... many have been rerouted and recycled back and forth between Afghanistan and Iraq and not allowed to return to normalcy for a decade... do you really think that has no affect on what you become? Their right to be human was revoked for someones elses profit, because there certainly hasn't been any glory in what they've been required to do.

Well I see it quite a bit differently.... it's not BIG Government, it's a government that's been bought by the few... so that makes it pretty small at the end of the day.. like 1%.

What if the greatest tyrant in history lives among us? What if that tyrant always gets its way, no matter what the laws are or what the Constitution says? What if that tyrant is the majority of voters? What if the tyranny of the majority in a democracy recognizes no limits on its power?

So now we're not even talking about the left or right anymore, we're going to blame The People!!?? Get real, the majority have had little to say for the last 12 years . Just more sound bites from hell diverting what's really been going down. The majority 'tyrants' have been prepped, brainwashed by lies and led like sheep to the kill for decades with all this bs and some still haven't a clue.
