Well as of June 1st, Ontario will become a "smoke free" province... in essence that means that smoking will be prohibited from all public places...including bars, pubs, casinos, bingo halls, restaurant and all the likes....
I know we are all on here supposedly looking for something...hopefully something that is better for us in the long run. With so many threads on "why do women want bad boys.." and "why do men love the women who ______ (you can fill in the blank) I'm wondering if we are actually looking for something different, or are we so used to the "type" we had we just go round full circle and end up with what we had before...they're just going by a different name now!!
But seriously...do we tend to gravitate towards what is familiar to us?
Are you saying you would rather get "obscene messages" or messages that look like they were "copied and pasted" than a few good ones?..Those don't make me feel popular..i can assure you that. IF i am popular its because i'm on the forums and have made some great friends..the ones that i correspond with are those who have given me the opportunity to get to know them ... and they me..
The point i was trying to get across is that if some people would actually READ the profiles, a good amount of those deleted messages would not have been sent in the first place. No one likes to reject nor be rejected...no matter in what form it comes in...
I am sure underneath your "subtlety" was a jab at me...however if you read the last portion you will see where i say that i feel bad because i hate having to continuously send them messages why i am not the best match for them...I DO RESPOND!!
BTW..I am NOT on here to see how many emails i can accumulate, I am on here because i genuinely wanted to meet someone...I do feel my profile was pretty straightforward, and if it wasn't before i have revamped it so that it certainly is to me now...I was hoping the ones that reply to my profile is BECAUSE THEY READ IT AND FEEL WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE...with the exception of those the only other people i write to and send flowers are to those on the forums...
The fact is Princess I don't think half of them enjoy that any more than I do...they say it because it sounds "macho" and well...all the other guys are saying it...Now don't get me wrong I do think men enjoy those types of things..but that's just it..MEN ENJOY IT..so then why aren't they advertising for MALE friends to do those things with...

Do men even realize that we tried to tell them from the start...and then their departing words when they're leaving is that "you're not the woman i thought you were"...
Thanks Lydia...but where i saw it as perhaps a compliment at the start...now i feel...is there something wrong with ME...I know they will not be happy with me..nothing i do will make up for the fact that i can't fit into that atmosphere they are suggesting...and then i'm just left feeling that i'm just not what ANYONE is looking for...
Do they understand if i want "leaves" and a hole in the ground for a toilet...i'll audition for Survivor...at least there is a million dollars at stake there...and believe me when i tell you i ain't squatting over no hole where there isn't payoff in the end
