Yeah. Just finished a PHP and MySql course so thinking of going for some all-round education and going hardware next. Could be fun. Might have to go to the dump too
Ok. Took about 4 hours for them to realise I'm not a moron but I guess they have to explain everything in miute detail just in case. After that, it was just pretty routine. They know they haven't got me forever but it felt good to be doing something again.
Haven't missed commuting with Dublin bus but can't afford the parking so I'll be stuck with it.
Just hope I find that job in the meantime. Ya know the one. It'll be on jobs.ie with "looking for Ger"!!!
Tempting. If I have a job by then, I'll have to figure something out. I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere but I ain't going through 7 pages to figure it out. What date did you end up going for? The poll is pretty even.
or at the same time There's spomething I've always wanted to try. Of course I an get a bit too into the games so there could be some dilemmas involved.
I'm gona resurrect this for a bit. I used to go on a forum about 10 years ago that was for fans of the movie "The Crow". The ideas behind the forum didn't matter. What does, is that I met some people who I've never met in real life but stil became close friens. Late last night I was told by on of them that a regular poster had died. She fought a brave battle with cancer but in the end, ultimately lost. 2 messages I'm gonna send out from this. 1 is that she was an insanly lovly grl who deserved a better way to go and she wil be sorely missed by anyone who ever knew her. 2 is that the people you meet on forums are sometimes even closer than "real people" cause they have access to your innermost thoughts and concerns.
Getting my stuff together for tomorrow (convinced the hospital I sed to work in to hire me for free so I can get a foot in the door). And getting ready for bed. Been a long ol weekend
RE: What operating system is your computer running
Pfft. I worked in IT solutions for 2 years and that never happened to me!
