if that is the case, i enjoy being a on the lower end of consiousness, because although negative, anger, sadness, and all that jazz is better than being a mindless drone with one set of mind & one set of happy emotions.
I wouldn't say because you drink that makes you bad company. I'm the same way. I did it in a sense as a quality of life change because I was tired of having to drink to have a good time, not to mention there were I was looking to alcohol like the answers were at the bottom of a fifth of southern comfort...I chose not to become get rid of a problem before it became one...That being said, I drink once in a blue moon if I'm at a party, but not nearly like I used too...Probably been like 3 - 5 years since I've drank any sort of alcohol.
