I personally enjoyed the presidency of the Bush I . Bush II I also liked, but it was the beginning of the spiral downward that we find ourselves in now. The bad thing about the reign of Bush II, was, his entire presidency was eclipsed by 9/11. I think his leadership in the beginning could not have been matched, however, I think he went out of control with the power that was given to him.
I don't believe he had malicious intent, but as they say, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
In a sense I can relate...As cold as it sounds, I moved on when I was without CS before, and I'm sure I'd do it again. I'd miss certain friendships more so than others,but they would be missed just the same.
I'd wake up, shower and do all the other things I do in life.
My life is a little better, although much the same at it's core, I've come a long way in the past 5 years as well as a person. There are a few things I possibly would have changed, but there are more that I would have kept the same.
I personally love Christmas. There really isn't a huge budget as far as Christmas is concerned here, but we tend to make it for what it is. A time to give what you can and to enjoy the holiday for what it is. I'm not a religeon type of person but I dunno, Christmas is one of those holidays where even I , one of the grumpiest people alive, try to find the good in the holiday.
Sure it's been commercialized to the point that they are already having Christmas sales, but, if you can find the good that it stands for at it's core, then I think, it can be enjoyable.
Nah, again, got to disagree. As much as I liked Bush, he is the one that was sitting in the seat for the worst terror attack in U.S. History, started 2 wars, was there for the creation of the Patriot Act & was the man sitting in the chair for the biggest economic meltdown in U.S. History since the Depression.
That being said, I don't respect those that believe any less, because like I said in my post, I don't think it's outside the realm of impossibility either.
