Anything to make money Ken.
I heard about the colossal ability hackers under the employment of Korea and there's a possibility of truth in this.
But on the side doesn't it look more like we're being bullied?
A far cry from what this country has fought and stood for.

Some are also allegedly based in the infamous Shanghai building off Datong Road where PLA Unit 61398 is based by Holland Village. Others are supposedly working from rented or borrowed facilities in other countries. I suspect it is safe to assume that there is probably liaison between NK hackers and those groups who hack credit cards and or generate illicit bot net attacks for various motives.
Would NK's leader's ego allow him to divert computer resources to launch an attack against a movie company vilifying him and lauding those who would applaud his assassination? Probably.
Could it be done? Probably.
Did they do it? Maybe.
Does launching a cyber attack against a private corporation housed in another country violate International Law? Yes.
Does Sony have enough computer resources of their own to fake an attack from NK and leave indicators that maybe NK did it? Yes.
Did they? Maybe.
We must not succumb to any threat in whatever shape or form.

Ken, your questions are so critical with whether Sony should be charged with fraud?
No private company should subject us to speculation specially that which concern 'policies bound with our political safety.
One thing I can tell you is that I'm not always agreeing with his notoriety in questioning the sincerity of Obama in his service towards our government and us rather he is equating all his policies and actions to be serving foreign interest than "the citizens of the United States of America."
And what scares me is that I'm convinced.
Now on Ken's strong points having Korea employing all these hackers, we know it only sheds the fact that they are out to hurt, no?

Last thing I heard is that now Warren against Clinton in the pot.
In anyways yes, a movie can create a popular notion that can lead to a destructive results.
In any case the use of the place for military presence much like during the 2nd WWII.

Just my guess.
I think Ken's original idea is fitting more on the development of this fiasco. Sony is up to something very questionable.
Now I am not sure just how much capability we have critical to our defense on such an attack but being a simple citizen as 98 percent of us, before we know it, it will probably be too late. I just hope it will not happen as worst as what is on my mind Stringman.
