Is it more sensuous kissing with your eyes open or closed?

I have met quite a few men on CS, in the 1 + year I have been on this site.

I am scared that others might make the same mistakes than I have, but if they go into the situation with their eyes wide open, then no-one can be blamed but themselves.

If u want someone that badly, then go for it !!!

not to bash anyone in particular ( men) but most men have a one track mind they cant see past boobs and va*ina to develop a good relationship with the opposite s*x.

a single man, a hunter of sorts if you will. a searcher in a last chance saloon by the name of CS.
Its a strange kinda place, an I don't seems to think I have a rabbits chance in a wolf-pack of finding true love in here. No more than I do in the real world streets I just walked in from anyhows. But as my daddy used to say; "a change is as good as a break" .

So here I will sit, nod and smile politely at the people as they go about their business and see if I can figure out if I have the lure needed to capture the attention of a passing interest. Virtual lures gotta be easier than real life ones. And I know most of you are probably thinking at this point.

y'all think true love is just sometin that falls in you lap while you sit down and wait for it.
Heck no ! every one of gods good creatures on this blessed and precious planet tells a different story, and its one of using all their given talents to attract a mate be it for lust for love.
I dont see how we humans are any different seen as we were born of the earth and share it with our not so clever animal brothers and sisters. Or are we ?
Is love like life Something that happens while you are making other plans. or do us humans lie and deceive to capture the love of ones life.

The other day, when I had lunch with my father, I touched on a taboo subject. His latest girlfriend! My sister and I had a long chat about this beforehand and in the end it fell on me to speak to him. It is not always easy to be the eldest.

I told him she is up to no-good and the he should let her go. He looked at me with a somewhat amused expression and said: “Life makes a complete circle”. Then he took a small a sip of his wine and asked how many times I obeyed him when he told me to get rid of a girlfriend. He dismissed me by giving the answer himself. Not once!

However, he did assure me (without any further prompting) that she is nothing serious and that if he should be so foolish to marry at his age, he’d marry his previous girlfriend who now lives in Gauteng. The short conversation did not spoil the day and we continued to enjoy our meal. For a change he even allowed me to pay the bill.

I don’t mind him having a lady friend. My mother died 16 years ago and he did not bother with women until about seven or eight years ago. Since then he had three lady friends. The first two resembled my late mother, both in looks and in mannerism. The first girlfriend died and the second relocated to another province to be with her children. They still have contact.

Both these ladies wanted to marry my father and have approached me several times, asking me to work on my dad regarding this matter. Of course I politely refused. Not that I would have minded if my dad married one of them. They were good women and they cared about him, but I was not going to be the matchmaker.

His latest girlfriend is a horse of another color. She is five years my junior and almost 30 years younger than my father. We think that she wants to scam him. This woman is pretty, sexy and streetwise. And her eyes are way too busy. My sister noticed it as well. I try to avoid her as far as I can without being rude. I’m scared that my father may think that I’m the one making eyes at her.

Now, I don’t think my father is stupid, but he’s been exposed to very few women. My mother was his first girlfriend and the women I mentioned here, represent the total sum of his experience with women.

If she makes him happy, I don’t have a problem but I’m not going to see him scammed out of his money to leave him short in his old age. She’s not looking at carving a future with him. My father is 88. How much longer can he live? And why else would a good-looking, intelligent woman be interested in an old man almost 30 years her senior?

Am I paranoid or am I right to be concerned?

I have friends I am happy to chat to on FB, gmail and Skype.

Man, woman, young, old it not matter if just chat and share.

But if you close to someone, consider relationship would it be worrying if they refuse use cam? Not share details prove they honest?

I have good man I meet CS. I think 2nd time we chat when we meet we use Skype cam. I see his home he see mine. He meet my sons and later my family. I meet his family when they visit. So I think this good man. He honest have nothing to hide.

He happy show me passport, ID, driving licence, salary. I show him same.

You think this is good or bad?

Here's a couple, not young (knocking 60) in a really good relationship. One was very happily married, then widowed, and believes marriage is important. One was unhappily married and is still smarting after a stinging divorce, so marriage is not an option.

It is becoming an issue. I'm hoping you lot can provide some really good stuff person B (I am not going to say he or she) can use to avoid being frog-marched to the altar yet still keep what really is a good relationship on an even keel.

Oh, and the first comment or two will be mine. It's what I do.

Is it true what they say about love ,that it knows no age ? How many years younger or older is acceptable ?

Do you want or need a man in your life? Why do men feel like they have been insulted when I say I want a man in my life but don't need one? Surely they would be happy that I was with them because I wanted to be with them and not because I needed to be.

Have you ever been dating and getting pretty serious with someone when......they disappear off the face of the earth without a trace for no reason whatsoever? You guys have been planning a future, mostly enthused and initiated by him and then, they Ghost you, no rhyme or reason, no rows or fall outs or signs of any kind? You may get a text or whatsapp 'Sorry but I dont want a relationship anymore, need space' sorta thing.....This is apparently a relatively new phenomenon in breaking up..............the disappearing act. They go on to block you on whatsapp/facebook/social media and dont respond to any texts or contact.
