Bought some new furniture yesterday!

I went to mecca of flat packages, cheap prices and good food: IKEA! It was on the table for a long time, but yesterday was the only day where I could do it.

I picked up a 6 drawer dresser, a new tv stand, a floor lamp and a shelving unit, for very cheap money. When I got home, I hauled everything up to my bedroom, and began assembling the lamp, so I could get some light. Then I started assembling the dresser. I enjoy assembling furniture. I just have to put some good music, get some snacks, and then I am having the time of my life. In no time at all, I had assembled the dresser, so I went on to assemble my shelving unit. It took less than ten minutes to assemble that. Once it was done, it was dark and late. I decided to assemble the tv stand the following day, so I just went straight to bed.

When I woke up, I immediately began assembling the tv stand, which went by smoothly. Once that was done, and I had hooked everything up, I said to myself: Something's missing. Like a sound bar. So I went out to see what I could find. I got something very cheap, and I hauled that monster home, hooked it up, had my roommate do some troubleshooting with me, and after that, the sound it made was awesome! The bass is deep and roaring, just how I like it when I am watching movies or playing a video game!

All-in-all, a very busy weekend for me. I have spent the past three hours listening to music wearing my pirate hat, having the time of my life doing that! I am also downloading the Call of Duty beta, which I am going to play the minute it has finished downloading!

Tomorrow is another day at work. I am looking forward to go back to another crazy week!
