The Liar-in-chief

The more a person lies, the more we lose trust in them.
That's understandable. Afterall, they are likely to lie again.
People can't trust what they have to say.

One president has lied far more than any other.
Over 16,000 lies or misleading statements confirmed in just his first 3 years as president.
That's astonishing, despicable, and unprecedented !
And the worst part, is that each year of his presidency, he tells even more lies.
Although already the worst, somehow he manages to annually get worse. wow

From the Washington Post;

Lying has become his general way of communicating and oddly, it appears he has no shame in doing so. He has proven over 16,000 times, that he is untrustworthy.
Or as Jimmy Kimmel previously referred to him, as "the great misleader" ;

There hasn't been a honest political person ever and never will be either. If the told the exact truth they'd never ever get voted for.All I'm saying.
Jim you have a serious hard-on for the man laugh

What are you going to do when you're forced to move on from him in 5 years? dunno
LaF - True. There are those, who are not educated, nor intelligent.
But, there are also some, who have an agenda, and whose job is to
lead people astray.

BW - perhaps no president has been 100% honest, but Trump is a liar to historic proportions. thumbs down

LOL.....Need a hand up jimmirolling on the floor laughing

cool
No need to put your hand up.
We already recognize the truth, despite what you ineffectively TRY to convey.
It doesn't matter how many times you get banned, or how many profiles you start.

Lies. How many have the demonrats told before we start losing jobs, facing higher taxes fines, regulations, painful laws, violations of rights, race and class warfare, then eventually, a major recession?

Big lies that cost the nation and citizens but let's keep allowing it. They've done nothing but lie and we keep paying the price.

We have policies that actually help the country, put the demonrat party more in their place and the sheep talk about lies like it's something new. Economy, more security, more actual law enforcement, less taxes fines, regulation, and rights violations. And the sheep bleat what?

They want the communism and terrorism to continue. Further more, they want us to continue bearing the burdens with less rights, more fines, taxes, regulations, less law enforcement, less economical opportunity, and laid wide open for any thing else we can't afford or shouldn't have to deal with from the outside.

You can't get much more communist than that. Vote for bernie jimmy. He should be your new idol by now.

Odds are high Trump will make history as the first president impeached by the house with full hatred and anti-U.S.partisanship but re-elected because the larger part of the country can see the truth. If it's about politics and lies, at least this time, the demonrats will have pushed the country in the right direction for a change. AWAY from them with their lies and damages.
If you want to deregulate...enviromental standards such as...clean water...air...you might want to consider universal healthcare...lol...you will need it...laugh
Announcing the new Republican congressional symbol.
It is already in effect, as of this week;

Their head isn't only in the ground.
Mostly, it's up Trump's butt, kissing it from the inside out and making ridiculous excuses for him, excluding Mitt. thumbs down
Ya...think coal...lol...laugh

I never though of you as a comedian...lol...roll eyes

Including your President...'Art of the Deal' co-author rips Trump: He's 'incapable of reading a book, much less writing one’...laugh
Just another of the many lies demonrats push on people that so many soak up, with out looking at the full picture.
Just because we read/hear something within the news doesn't necessarily mean it's absolute factual about someone or something in politics. Things are sugarcoated anymore just to make things some good and to mislead the public.

Classic double speak. thumbs down

What is accurate, is that both water & air pollution regulation has been cut and the funding for the EPA has been cut too. So, the ability to test the levels of both types of pollution has been reduced too. thumbs down
Looks like Trump Derangement Syndrome has spread over the Canadian border.

You should institute a travel ban on Democrats before its too late for the rest of your country.
Is that a troll talking...lol...

laugh

Talk about a confused soul...roll eyes
Thanks JimN...

History has a way of repeating itself...if others refuse to look closely or not to learn from the past...
Thanks happy lady...laugh
Yet another misleading lie. The white house proposes a budget and congress votes to approve or adjust.
May I remind you, that Republicans controlled both wings of Congress when Trump was sworn in and until the Democrats gained control of the House and were sworn in January of this year.
So, don't try to blame Trump's huge deficits on the Democrats.

It went into the pockets of the rich. Since they were already rich, I can't state how much more it helped them. It helped Trump get more political donations. It definitely put the country deeper in debt.
The less taxes that were brought in from the rich, the more there was a need for loans and the more money was loaned.....with interest, and the deeper the country is now in debt, and the less money there is for Americans.
Are you SURE hpy is short for.....happy ? dunno
It isn't evident.
JimN

If you are sarcastic...that would be fitting...laugh
Yes I'm sure hpy is short for happy...oh wait ..you're not talking to me.

I think the loophole in this is to 'knowingly lie'

another little loophole...just for your entertainment of course. wine

So, your suggestion to excuse 19,000+ lies, is that he has no idea, if what he says
is false or not ?
You tell me Jim... I don't keep track of all his statements...or speeches. I haven't heard him thank his speech writers yet.
When you watch someone on a reality show for years and their biggest contribution is to say "Your Fired" .. my expectations wasn't too high. In the beginning I had the same feelings about him as I did every time Bush would open his mouth.. I'd have to look away. So I'm impressed when he can pronounce and remember peoples names. If you keep your expectations low, you don't get frustrated, that's how I stay happy. cheering
That country that lost crimea back to russia; was not only stopped from being able to fully defend themselves, they were also threatened to have funds withheld if they didn't get rid of a certain attorney conducting a criminal investigation into a company a key politicians son was working for.

Hmmm..

There's definitely some lies going on. Major cover ups too. It's not on the part of Trump. Every time he follows through on a promise, that's less the demonrats have to lie about when campaigning for votes. He's cutting into their racketeering process of creating government dependancy while allowing rights and freedom. Many choices and opportunbities come with those economic gains.

There isn't much being left open for the demonrats to keep lieing about. Still plenty they're trying to keep covered up though.
h - Yes, very low expectations can contribute to a lack of disappointment.
However, I don't think it contributes to actual happiness, unless you prescribe to the statement,
"ignorance is bliss". I'd much rather actually know, that I had something good,
than not know & not care.

Touché. wine
There's nothing funny about that.
They drop BECAUSE of the regulations & long term goals in that industry.
That's progress. Progress is not undertaken by rolling back laws that regulate emissions. Quite the opposite. Challenge them to do better, and they are much more likely to do so. Fine them for not doing so, and you have installed more impetus to do so. Given the opportunity, industry has proven that they will ignore problems and dangers in exchange for profits.
J&J with baby powder, the tobacco industry, and the Ford Pinto are just some of the many examples. They CAN do better. Regulation is needed to help ensure they do so. Future generations depend upon what we do now.

Sounds like someone is not.....happy with the content. giggle

If that's so, add what you consider good content then.
you're the OP..you said

So I thought you wanted different content, because of the old and boring statement.
Commenting on a blog that is at least 2 pages long is not trolling. At least I have never considered comments trolling. This isn't MD, the blogs are long and there are a lot of comments.
If some didn't use condescending words...their points might be taken seriously...but I have a problem with some who forget that women make up half the population as well as a good portion of people in the USA are non-whites...and many are of other religious faiths...

Scapegoating is wrong...and stating that he could walk down 5th Avenue and shoot someone without repercussion...well that is just sick...sigh

I would hope that people woulf find a more suitable President...at this point Bush would do...lol...laugh

Cheers

At least he isn't hugging and petting little girls like Biden does.
In the link above the * needs to be replaced with an e
Jim don't chastise me for the elected President. I choose to overlook the silly things he says. As for his past, it's his not mine. You let things bother you too much. There's nothing you can do until November.
I don't like Biden messing with the kids and the worse part is he doesn't get it so he's not totally mentally there.
