Birthday coming up soon!
It's my birthday on Saturday. I have invited my sister, brother, mother and aunt for some food Saturday evening. So we are going to be five people there. I also extended an invite to K. I asked her what she was doing on Saturday. Other than her heading out to her horse during the morning and early afternoon, she wasn't doing much. So I invited her. I am waiting for a reply as I am typing this.My next thing to do is to cook some dinner for myself and then make a shopping list of all the things I need when I have to do my shopping on Saturday morning. I am starting early, at around 11 am. I am going to need all the time I can get, because I don't want to stress out. I am confident, that I will pull it off. I am gonna make everything from scratch. From the meat to the bread and the sauce. Well, I am not slaughtering a lamb and grinding the meat, though. I am not THAT thorough. I am gonna go to a local butchers to buy the meat there, which will undoubtedly be of a fantastic quality.
It's gonna be good! It has to!
