Painted-on eyebrows...
High on my list of things that 'creep me out' are heavy painted or glued-on eyebrows. One woman (who is online often) shaved them off and painted some thin wispy eyebrows no thicker than a black sharpie marker. Another has them in so wide and dark it reminds me of football players anti-glare stickers... in reverse of course!Over the years I've seen some (expensive) work where individual hairs are glued into place.
I believe it's called threading and someone will correct me if I'm wrong on this.
By today's standards... there is no limit!

Not to mention the blackened teeth.
Hikimayu was the practice of removing the natural eyebrows and painting smudge-like eyebrows on the forehead in pre-modern Japan. Women also started painting their teeth black, which is known as ohaguro.
