Political Interference
Need I say more?Oh, but I will...
A disgruntled judge going after Trump for Biden and the democrats. Be hard to prove that Trump knew he lost. Another dumbest charge added on to all these other dumbest charges.
It's all politics. They're bringing it onto Trump now all because he's the frontrunner. The demo are scared, that's why they're using their two tier justice system.
What goes around comes around!.

We have seen how innocent people are criminally charge, the perpetrators get non or short punishments, and some judges get monetary kickbacks.
The liars (lawyers) are stories in it selves.
He faces 34 felony charges of falsifying New York business records “to conceal damaging information and unlawful activity, this alone should make people think, 34 is an unprecedented amount of charges, 10 would be bad, 34 is disgraceful for someone who purports to represent an entire country.
Anyone thinking the charges are unreal needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

You and others like you fear Trump.
A lot of people can see what's going on. The democrat party trying to take out their big rival with their tei bit tier justice system. What a joke!
Even if he whole-heartedly believed that he had won, insurrection wasn't the legal protocol for challenging the election outcome.
If someone thinks they've paid too much tax, robbing the Inland Revenue rather than applying for a rebate will lead to prosecution.
I'd be very surprised if the case against Trump is based on superfical evidence, or flippant reasoning. The more high profile a case, the more confident the prosecution will want to be before indicting.
Of course there is a political element because no one in their right mind would think a perfidious person with minimal self-restraint a reasonable candidate for the presidency. It's lazy, or delusional, however, to think that politics is the only basis for the various charges.

I am so sick of this crap over Trump, I will vote for him if he serves his POTUS from jail!
ENOUGH ALREADY you scared Dem rabbits!
This is merely an attempt to stop a man that is leading in every poll, against both Republicans and Democrats by wide margins, from running again for the Presidency. The reason I am leading in the polls is because Democrats have caused record inflation, sky high gas prices, energy dependence on our adversaries, the education system is in crisis, illegal aliens are invading our border, the supply chain has crippled our way of life, parents can’t get baby formula, mandates have crippled businesses, and our way of life has been crushed by government regulations. The United States is being destroyed.
The Democrats know that I would correct all of this, and they are doing everything in their power to stop me – but we can’t be stopped. We have to Save America.
Too bad for both parties that they decided on the oldies and did not think about backing bright youthful people that are willing to work together no matter what party they are in...
Build an island for the Christian extremists and others who are backwards and dangerous ...let them deal with their own shit...

As for the protections of the presidential position, you might find this interesting:
Any practical protections Trump might have had as a sitting president no longer apply now he's an ex-president.

Trump was stabbed in the back by Pence and then Biden announce he was the winning candidate even though he got lot less votes than Donald Trump Trump lost in his own party when he was stabbed in the back by Pence who left the Catholic Church and became an evangelical, born-again Christian.

Pence Said to Have Told Trump He Lacks Power to Change Election Result
A day before he presides over a joint session of Congress to ratify Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s victory, the vice president tried to lower the president’s expectations while seeking ways to mollify him.
“The Vice President has the power to reject fraudulently chosen electors,” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter on Tuesday morning, an inaccurate assertion that mischaracterized Mr. Pence’s largely formal and constitutionally prescribed role of presiding over the House and Senate as they receive and certify the electoral votes conveyed by the states and announcing the outcome.
Mr. Pence does not have the unilateral power to alter the results sent by the states to Congress. etc etc

Vice President Mike Pence on Wednesday refused President Donald Trump's demand that he try to block the confirmation of Joe Biden's election as the next president of the United States by Congress.
Pence said in a letter that he did not believe, as Trump has claimed, that a vice president has the unilateral power to reject Electoral College votes for a candidate.
As Pence released his statement, Trump was speaking at a rally outside of the White House, where he reiterated his call that the vice president undo Biden's election.

Without appropriate punctuation, or spacing I'm confused, Rob.

Paint him as the villain. The ones who buy that must be having blinders on.
Listen, J6 was arranged. The election 2020 was stolen.
That was done by the Democrats. The same ones who claimed
he had peed on hookers in Moscow janury 2017 via the Steel dossier.
FBI work for them too. Anything esle you need to know. I could draw you a map.
Have a good one.

You and others like you fear Trump.
The word 'fear' is under-rated cos they realize its only a matter of time before the shit hits the fan and their evils get laid bare..
How do you figure? Everyone close to him was telling him he lost including his attorney general.

The point here is how can one be absolutely sure that the election was valid and how can one overturn an election which may not have been valid. (I'm sure an attorney could word this better).
Is there anything in this case that could allow the judge to direct the jury to a particular verdict?
If he is convicted can't he still run?
But the main problem is this is only one of five upcoming cases?
Finally if he is convicted and Republicans win '24 he will be pardoned.
Or if Democrats win he may still be pardoned or released because their objective will have been achieved.
This has every indication of being a Stalinist show trial. Assuming the trial takes place in DC and isn't moved, the judge will likely abuse her power to stack the deck against Trump and his defense, and in any case Washington DC is the last place that Trump or anyone aligned with him can get a fair trial (DC voted for Biden over Trump by a factor of 17 to 1!). That's not a jury of your peers. That's a jury of people who absolutely hate your guts.

REMINDER – The Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurrection
Thus Trump was hit with,
-Conspiracy to defraud the United States
-Conspiracy to obstruct
-Obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding
-Conspiracy against rights(This one is nice as its roots are in the Civil War era).
J6 was a result of planning. Plenty of people have already been convicted to negate the "spontaneous" argument. (One could argue that the J6ers smearing their feces on the capitol walls was spontaneous but not the event itself).
.
Trump can always take the stand at his trial and present his voter fraud evidence in his defense.
Kudos! These pro-Trump soggy biscuit blogs are always a humorous read.
