Suzanne Somers, rest in peace...
News yesterday came through that actress Suzanne Somers who survived breast cancer died at the age of 76. Her publicist stated she "passed away peacefully at home in the early morning hours on Sunday"Also stated "Suzanne was surrounded by her loving husband Alan, her son Bruce, and her immediate family"
Not to play-down the death of a movie star, but it appears to be the protocol that they pass away surrounded by family at any time of the night or day... as though they have prior notice of the time of passing.

Movie stars don't necessarily have a sudden, dramatic movie death.
Like the rest of us, there's most often a period of palliative, end of life care where people sit around waiting for their loved one to slip away.
The hospice nurses made up a camp bed for me next to my mum's bed and even produced a trolly full of mini, disposable toiletries for my comfort and convenience in the last few days of her life.
Honestly, always been a fan of hers. We're losing too many people I grew up watching & listening to.
Not sure what Suzanne died of but may she RiP.
