and This is the season and time to make a change, so why not shrug off the negative part of our lives and be happy then? Bring out all the good spirits in all of us and make a good difference?

There are many battles in our lives, but even those battles we can opt to fight head on or simply ignore them.
I have decided to make my last segment of my life to contribute something that is good to all those around me and the world. I know I can.

I do believe, the more positive energy we put out there, the better we can get others to join us.
We can have fun as long as we're laughing together and not at someone.
As for not being able to be friendly with certain people then maybe it's best to stay away from their blog altogether.
We all have bad days but I find here is not the place to release all our negativity and take it out on other people.
And if we do feel the need to vent out, then maybe just mail each one of us and make it private?

Going back on the core of this blog, I do want to add some food for thoughts.
When I look around me, and think how fragile life is, I ask myself what would I contribute best to this world, besides of course, teaching my children, I know that with positive thinking I can make my world a better place.
When Teena, asked me to write about health as a topic, I started evaluating my previous contributions on this site and it was all about terrorism and religion, which of course elements that are truly affecting us today. But the reality of it is, these killings and negative accounts of life, can't be stopped by me, but I surely can make it less powerful. That is what I can say.
I'll join you again tomorrow morning hoping to find a lot more people to join the list.
