An African safari, or a killer whale boat trip would be a photographer's delight. head banger
I prefer to pump money into my own economy first as I believe people should explore everything about their own backyard before exploring others..
I have a craving for adventure!! My next goal is to take a month off work and go explore Italy....will take alot of planning yet.

Great choice in Belfast.
Its a beautiful city.
The people are really friendly and warm.
Go visit the Titanic museum if history is of interest to you.

Enjoy.
I'd like to visit the UK and Ireland and try and trace my roots. I'd also like to go to New Zealand. I am going to Alaska for the first time later this summer to visit an ex-employee who moved to Anchorage. Can't wait to go halibut fishing. I've only visited your neck of the woods once, but you are lucky to live in such a nice place. But you guys are quite a bit further left of me in more ways than one.wave
Yeah, I do like travelling the world and getting to see different sights and cultures at first hand.
the coast around northern Ireland is lovely Belfast well is not great titanic thing id not good a waste of time really hope you get there anyway me id rather Portugal
Bluesky ~ I am sure you did your own research on Northern Ireland. Could I suggest maybe you take in Donegal as it is magical [scenery wise]. Northern Ireland, Belfast, is indeed buzzing and friendly.
The Titanic is great visit for those interested in history and the awful tragedy of this great ships tragic first journey and how it was made in Harland & Wolfe.
Maybe come down South ? We are friendly here too. Either way have a wonderful holiday.thumbs up
Mercedes ~ how practical and loyal to your country to pump back some money in to a holiday in your own country before going further afield.
Many people going abroad to far flung places have not even bothered to discover the beauty of their own country. So much to be seen in every country, there is beauty everywhere. hug
Hi JJ
I agree with you. The coastline is amazing. I am not a big fan of Belfast either. I'd much prefer Derry as a city. But the North Antrim coast is gorgeous.
On the " bucket " list is a visit to Modena in Northern Italy, and yes it is to visit the Ferrari factory and take the tour. I would hope that I could catch an astute guide or perhaps talk to some of the engineers. The second one would be to visit Malvern Link in Great Malvern England. Most of you do not know that it is where the Morgan factory is located. The unique fact of a century old small manufacturing plant is very appealing to me .
Hi Bluesky,
Well I was going to make some nice comments about Belfast and NI, but that last comment has shocked me so much....I hope you can report the sick idiot.

Anyway, I went to Belfast a couple years ago. Loved the place, the friendly people and the culture.
Surrounding countryside is lovely too...you have to go tomthe Mountains of Mourne grin
