My fb friend(2016) & former client, Sir Mark from the occult & magic community. Met for the 1st time.
I can still remember our online drinking spree at fb. Passing around a shot glass & singing karaoke. Me in Pasay(Manila) & him at Davao(Mindanao). LOLS.
Though we only communicate online.
We shared a deeper spiritual bond.
Him asking me for help to heal a friend who have terminal cancer (sarcoma) 2021. We shed tears when we knew Sir Marlowe will not make it. July 27 2021 I was crying mad for hours. I can almost hear the painful screams of Marlowe . I feel his pain as an empath. Never have the chance to attend his funeral service in person. Just fb live funeral online streaming...
Me becoming spiritual mother to his nephew . Baby Asher. I am very fond of him.

Tony Dow, may you rest in peace...

Tony was in hospice and incorrectly reported having already passed away on Tuesday. Several news stories got this wrong, including a Facebook post that was retracted. Although people in hospice don't have long on this earth, Tony's son Christopher stated he was in his last hours. Wednesday, it was confirmed Tony passed away.

Child actor best known for playing the older brother Wally Cleaver to Jerry Mathers’ Beaver in the iconic series “Leave It to Beaver,” has died at the age of 77.
Announced in May this year, his cancer, which he had been diagnosed with years before, had returned.

One Man Army

ABHIJIT GANGOPADHYAY
Justice Of Kolkata High Court

Earlier in his life , he was a Govt. Official.. But due to Job-Dissatisfaction , he pursued for Legal study ..

First he started as a lawyer.. Mostly dealing with cases related to company disputes ..
Since that time , he started to show his unique Bold and Never Back Down characteristic..

Later , he joined Kolkata High Court as an Additional Judge at the beginning of his career .. After he became one of the Permanent Judge at Kolkata High Court..

From this career graph , we can see that how strong Humanitarian qualities he possesses ..He is brave enough to stay devoted by himself to achieve the result , and never give up to face any hurdle in the way..

But
The best examples as a Judge he has shown so far in his career is ,
BEING A HUMANITARIAN above all..

He sets the example of "Law Is All About Humanity , Humanity Is Not About Law" , by some of his Landmark Judgments ..

Like , After 36 years long legal battle , at the age of 76 , an elderly woman received her long awaited Justice , provided by Judge Abhijit Ganguly .. After hearing the verdict finally , that woman broke into tears in the courtroom and blessed the Judge ..

Or , in a case , where a Cancer Patient school teacher lost her salary and got It back finally after a legal battle by the same Judge Abhijit Ganguly ..

He himself proved that ,
"NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF AN HONEST MAN" ,
No matter even if he stands alone against all the Influential Powerful people..
He shows us , How to Held Your Head High and Follow Your Conscience , even if you have to Face the Objection from Your Own People ..

His recent battle against one of the biggest scam in the history of India has started to bring some positive result at last ..

Here are few details of that case ...

" Since November 2021 Justice Gangopadhyay gave a series of directions of inquiry to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) for the alleged anomalies in recruitment process.

He passed number of orders against the officials of the School Service Commission which lead to some political issues in West Bengal as well as Calcutta High Court.

Gangopadhyay wrote a letter seeking intervention of the Chief Justice of India regarding the action of Division Bench in the cases of alleged irregularities of School Service Commission. On 13 April 2022 the Bar Association, Calcutta High Court brought out a resolution to boycott the Court of Justice Gangopadhyay. All India Trinamool Congress law cell protested outside his courtroom and the Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar wrote letter to the Chief Minister of West Bengal on this issue.

On 18 May Justice Gangopadhyay directed former Education Minister Partha Chatterjee to appear before the CBI for the investigation of alleged teachers recruitment scam.

On 17 May 2022, in another case he asked Paresh Chandra Adhikary, Minister of State, Department of School Education to be present before CBI over his connection in alleged illegal appointment of his daughter Ankita Adhikary. He also urged the Chief Minister and Hon'ble Governor to remove Adhikary from the post of minister. "

Though , the battle is not over yet , and we know how tough it will be to get proper justice against all the pressure of Corrupted Influential Racket , but Judge Abhijit Ganguly has inspired us to Never lose Hope and Fight Till The End..

The One Man Army Against The Whole Battalion Of Corruption , Still Never Surrenders ...

SALUTE TO YOU

HONORABLE JUSTICE ABHIJIT GANGULY ... thumbs up

Some things I’ve learnt along the way…(pt. 1)

Over the last 20-30 years or so, I’ve had some ‘eye-opening/mind-changing’ revelations about myself and my life.

Some of those revelations are about my relationship with myself, with my immediate family, with ‘ex’ friends and with an ‘ex’ husband – and are very personal. Others were revealed to me through observations, mistakes and other challenges that I experienced along the way.

One of the things I've learnt during my brief ‘sojourn’ on the island of St. Kitts (whilst married), was that even though most cultural practices within the Caribbean can be similar, there are also many differences (e.g speech/language use, foods, social activities, etc). This led me to constantly compare them with my own island’s, as being either better or worse, but, through the not-so-subtle hinting of a very wise older woman, I eventually realized that –

“Different” doesn’t always mean worse (or better), so differences need to be accepted, just as they are. Be respectful.

Another thing I've learnt resulted from the Covid pandemic, and the ‘rush’ to be vaccinated. The mandate for citizens to be vaccinated had many of my work colleagues convinced that it was vital to their, and their family’s and students’ health, as well as their job security. One of them remarked to me that ‘she had prayed about it, and that she believed that God gave the Scientists the ability to create the vaccines, so they must be safe’. I told her that even if that was so, it didn’t mean that SHE should be vaccinated. She still got vaccinated and had several worrying side effects that caused her to be hospitalized (for a brief period), but I do believe that her body will never be free of Covid. So,

Not because something was designed/made by a Scientist means that it works perfectly, is safe and you should use it. Be wise.

* Just because it worked for you, doesn't necessarily mean that it would work (at all/as well) for me.

In my part of the Southern Caribbean, the saying is "Gopaul luck eh Seepaul luck", which is a warning to avoid doing what others have done/may be doing, just because it seems to have worked/be working. This is especially important if what you see being done is either ethically inappropriate and or legally wrong. Whilst others around you may benefit or 'get away' with such actions, you may not be so lucky. Do the right thing and make your own way; don't be a follower.

*Change isn't always a good thing.

Many strides have been made over the last few decades, especially in the areas of Science and Technology. These improvements have changed the way(s) the mankind gets things done - work and play - which, for the most part, has increased the level of convenience for this Life's journey. In doing that however, certain other aspects of Life have also been increased, but to man's detriment instead.
For example, mankind has become so 'comfortable' that such ease has given rise to physical inactivity, obesity, health issues, social insensitivity and even spiritual and moral decay...just to name a few.

What have I learnt? Change itself, isn't enough to make things better; holding on to what is valuable amidst the change, is.

Over the last 20-30 years or so, I’ve had some ‘eye-opening/mind-changing’ revelations about myself and my life. Some of those revelations are about my relationship with myself, with my immediate family, with ‘ex’ friends and with an ‘ex’ husband – and are very personal. As a young adult, I was accused by one of my roommates (we were ‘student’ teachers at the time), of being very ‘absent-minded’. I can't recall exactly why that was an issue for her, but she was quite peeved. As the years passed, the accusation would come to my memory off and on, but it wasn’t really ‘analysed’ until many years later when I felt the need for some in-depth introspection (after my divorce). I realized along the way, that there were several, if not many things that I would do, unconsciously, that would either irk or surprise others. Some of these were/are: snoring, frowning, teeth-grinding, judging, controlling, etc. I’m certain that many of these were involuntary, and weren’t meant to offend/discomfit anyone, but that they did.

*The things that you do unconsciously, can get you into trouble. So, be mindful.

The older one gets, the less significant ‘romantic love’ appears as a major desire/driving force when dating, and the more attractive financial security gets, as one aspires towards being in a fulfilling relationship. Dating expectations may vary, but being extra careful about things like one’s health and financial resources for the future seem even more paramount than a ‘love match’, for most men in their late fifties (and some women), onward. As a romantic, I lament this change, but as a pragmatic, I understand it’s logic. When I was young, I felt invincible and everything was possible. As I got older, I became more sensible, thus, more careful.

*In later life, ‘love’ takes a back seat to ‘practicality’. C’est la vie.

Yep, never seen this exorbitant price of fuel during Trump's time

A dollar a gallon anywhere today? Yeah right. In your dreams. Liar.

This isn't a comparison, just addressing lies from blind demonrats.

I think all of the Biden supporters are happy about this never before seen price of fuel.

They must all be rich and never get affected by it. I am not going anywhere anymore because a full tank of my car costs me over a hundred bucks. Yikes.

I'm not comparing the price from last week or month but during the last administration and today. very madvery mad
