Cholesterol is sort of a “cousin” of fat. Both fat and cholesterol belong to a larger family of chemical compounds called lipids. All the cholesterol the body needs is made by the liver. It is used to build cell membranes and brain and nerve tissues. Cholesterol also helps the body produce steroid hormones needed for body regulation, including processing food, and bile acids needed for digestion.
People don't need to consume dietary cholesterol because the body can make enough cholesterol for its needs. Only foods of animal origin contain cholesterol.
Cholesterol is transported in the bloodstream in large molecules of fat and protein called lipoproteins. Cholesterol carried in low-density lipoproteins is called LDL-cholesterol; most cholesterol is of this type. Cholesterol carried in high-density lipoproteins is called HDL-cholesterol.
LDL-cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol act differently in the body. A high level of LDL-cholesterol in the blood increases the risk of fatty deposits forming in the arteries, which in turn increases the risk of a heart attack. Thus, LDL-cholesterol has been dubbed “bad” cholesterol.
On the other hand, an elevated level of HDL-cholesterol seems to have a protective effect against heart disease. For this reason, HDL-cholesterol is often called “good” cholesterol.

Prone to recovery from COVID-19...
A few weeks ago, I got into a discussion and made some blog comments that hospitals in China and Italy where coronavirus patients in ICU where placed on their stomachs in a face-down prone position instead of the usual position of being slightly propped up were recovering without the use of ventilators.
One theory was to drain fluids in the lungs and another (more importantly) was to relieve pressure on the diaphragm from the effects of gravity.
The technique is called "proning" and it's helped patients suffering from acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) increase the amount of oxygen in their blood without the use of intubation!
I've seen a few articles that confirm this:

After extensive medical and laboratory investigations, having seen many competent nurses and physicians, including those from complementary/alternative traditions, the health profession is clueless as to what plagues these unfortunate folks. Closest we come is to group them into some sort of possibly post infectious or environmental toxicity syndromes, with strong inflammatory, auto immune and possibly epigenetic causes. These are the achey and painy depressed low energy types, those every practitioner dreads having in their surgery. Usually what ails them doesn't kill them, but merely simmers on for years. The Federal Aviation Administration is actively recruiting workers who suffer “severe intellectual” disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out on the agency’s website.
“Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring,” the FAA’s website states. “They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.”
“Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety?,” tech billionaire Elon Musk wrote on X last week. “That is actually happening.”
I say, flying could become a lot more fun in the future.

Since the Misinformation is rife by the usual suspects, I thought some actual data from Doctors might be in order. Since this paper mentions the word "Anaphalaxis" Here is a definition from Wikipedia.

11 cases per million is 0.00011% chance. The misinformation peddlers are saying the disease is has only a 0.01% chance of death (actually approx 2.7%) and the high rate of reactions to the vaccine is a reason why you shouldn't take it.
In fact the rate of reaction is 1000 times less than even their lies about the fatality of COVID, and the rate of death is 0%. Its FAR safer than COVID-19 even by their twisted metrics.
