Staying fit and slim can be a challenge for many. Some folks have a harder time of it for medical reasons, but often many just don't put in the effort. There are changes that may make life more difficult for the overweight crowd---restrictions on airline seats, increases in costs of insurance, disadvantages in gainful employment, etc. It is possible to be obese and fit, but this is rare. Non-fit overweigt folks tend to have greater risks of chronic illness and earlier death. Thoughts on this issue? Aa.

I hate cigarette smokers. I think you have to be a total idiot to smoke. And I support laws that restrict smoking inside a building where non-smokers have to breathe it. CDC documents admit that is has never isolated any “covid-19 virus.” Without an isolate to test against, what are you "testing" and getting "positive" hits on? Recall that the inventor of the PCR test roundly criticized Fauci for his fraudulent misuse of his test.

I got together with some single friends and we were talking about how lonely it is at home without light or movement.

This morning my wife was listening to a documentary in English which is unusual as nearly everything she listens to is in Chinese. It was about the use of TCM in the cure for COVID-19. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) takes the approach to strengthen the body's immune system to block the effects of the virus.
In the past months she's mentioned they have been successfully using Chinese medicine on people with COVID-19 virus. The English version video was for my benefit. Her phone was purchased in China and it doesn't appear to be running Android. All the apps are in Chinese. She was able to save the video to her cellphone and I was able to upload it to my computer, but I'm unable to figure out the actual link where the video came from as she uses QQ which is a Chinese based social media system similar to WhatsApp.

The benefits of using TCM is it's reported to be highly effective, especially when administered early on in the first stage of the virus and low cost.

As reported in the New York Times yesterday, the results are in from the first carefully controlled trial
which exposed 821 people to others with Covid-19. No difference from the control group.
"What have you got to lose ?" Time, money, hope, and side effects, including heart problems.
Plus, it may prevent you from taking something that does work.
