There were 3 of us in a circle. My trivial argument was with Hank standing  opposite to me. Hank was shorter and weaker than me and I knew I could subdue him in a short time without ourselves and anyone else getting seriously injured. The third party present, and furiously encouraging Hank to kill me, was my old enemy D!ck. D!ck and myself hated each other for no valid reason since Genisis chap 1.
I swung at Hank and could see I hurt him with the punch. While all this was taking place D!ck was encouraging Hank to kill me in any way possible. So I took aim and punched Hank again and it was at this moment when D!ck placed a knife into Hanks hand and told him to kill me once and for all. Yes he stabbed me and before he could stab me again I pulled out my firearm and shot Hank between the eyes, I  then aimed at D!ck. D!ck was pleading with me not to shoot him as it wasn't him that had stabbed me but Hank

Am I justified to shoot the supplier of the weapon that nearly killed me?
If D!ck hadn't supplied the knife I would not have been wounded and Hank would still be alive.

Who is the main culprit to this tragedy?

Well if I had shot D!ck, I would've been tried for murder and be found guilty as the law states I can only use my weapon if my life is threatened, which I did. So what will happen to the main instigator?
Not much. Civil case yes, in which he will probably say Hank asked him for the knife. My word against his.
Is this fair
Or would you just shoot him and hope that the court will have mercy on you?

All that is needed for reconsideration of the BIG STEAL by the SCOTUS, is one higher State or Federal Judge to jump on board of the awesome growing mega pile of evidence. As below, now in fly over State MI.
Antrim county officials, in Michigan, catch Michigan state officials in lies, as to ongoing suspicions of corrupt State elections staff, and Dominion machine tampering. County cyber experts now hold evidence of this independent forensic audit, and turn it over to Trump's team. Audit done by IT nerds from Duke, Harvard and MIT. Dem's there get a judge to quash this evidence, but now a circuit judge blocks this order. So soon to be public info. VERY public. Reports of up to 68% errors in vote tabulations, which allegedly were then sent off sites to dominion officials. Lots more. Michigan allows only 0.008% of such errors.
Yep, there was a BIG STEAL--- 'up' Ballot. But down Ballot, major victories by GOP at State, County and local levels, not to mention a now almost balanced US House. So now State legislatures are overwhelmingly in GOP hands. The penultimate election deciders.
SCOTUS may have been wise in initial rejection of suits on this. Smart to provide cover of sticking with US Constitution, and not blindly supporting Trump, as LIBS have been asserting. Wrong, as usual. Better chances now of SCOTUS seeing evidence. And of getting a real pair. VERY real.
And Quisling AG Barr now replaced with whom? AG Rosen, who recently published an article on how involved in our elections is Red China. Perhaps other Commie lands..
All this supports limited martial law and a national state of emergency, to seize and to glean even more evidence for the SCOTUS to chew on..

But this 16th century book, written as a guide for those maturing as new royals, is full of useful scummy tips, on how to manipulate ones self through life, or at least to avoid having others doing so to you.
Sadly, as with the I Ching, and most of what I scribble here, the wisdom doesn't exactly jump off the pages at us, but requires a few reads, with reflection in between.
If you've ever been told that, "the ends don't justify the means", usually by those for whom they surely do, you'll get the main theme of this political treatise, by an Italian diplomat.
And, as with most we read, the book should be seen in light of the times in which authors live. Italy was a repressive group of waring city like states, where, as with the strapped on equalizer in the US old west, men went about with both sword and daggers at their sides.
When I had the roles of Will Executor and Principle Trustee of.our folks tiny estate cast upon me, the first two books I reached for were those named above. Glad I did.
In a sibship of a half dozen, where money is at stake, it is good to know how to herd kittens.

If that sounds like a big task, my suggestion is to start with a magnet!

Hello, haven't seen you in ages..

Maybe not.

I recently posted a blog in which I violated blogging rule 13. I didn't realise I was breaking a rule when I posted the blog, but when it was brought to my attention I felt a definite buzz. I now find myself wanting to do it again; 'chasing the dragon' is the term, I believe. The trouble is, I can't make up my mind which rule to break next.

Anyone tried this, used this, have any tips to offer on this? I have hideous tiles in my kitchen / living room and decided after some research* that LVP was a good interim measure (right now I can't afford the kind of tiles I'd like) and I've got half the kitchen done (the easy half) and am beginning to think I bit off more than I chew. My usual expert for the tricky bits is ill, I've an enthusiastic husband (not my own) offering to help with the finishing (if DIY guy is still sick next week) (there's a deadline of 20th March, no pressure eh?) but he said cheerfully he knows nothing at all about LVP but how hard can it be

So while I am taking a break and trying to stop my fingers sticking to the keyboard, I wondered if anyone has done it for real because it doesn't seem quite as straightforward as the videos with experienced DIY guys / girls made it look. They were gaily enthusiastic but there are breaks in the recordings which I am now eyeing with suspicion.

*I'd never heard of it before, I was looking at laminate click-together flooring and that led to vinyl click-together and then to the self-adhesive type. Shorter life but easier maintenance / repair / replace bits, and "So Easy To Lay". I am quoting.

The top of my list is a granddaughter, 10 years old and more toys and gadgets than any child could need. Mentioning the perplexity of the situation to a lunch friend, some woman (in a group with others) who overheard me said "Get her a gift card. That solves all your problems"

I thought, it's a twist to someone (me) formally known as 'Uncle Cash'

My daughter suggests food and to get her a BurgerFi gift card.
I usually pass one of their restaurants on weekend travels and they have a bonus program for a limited time of a $5 kickback for every $25 in gift card purchases.

One less gift to think about.

I have witnessed the Debate here on CS , over NOT Having a Photo on Profile , so many times ...
I really wonder , the people who make it a matter of debate , do they even think about it logically before starting to make it such a big deal !!!

After all , it's just about Personal Choice on a dating site like this CS...

If someone Feels Good to Show their Photo Publicly , that's Fine...

And If someone Don't Want to Show it Publicly , that's Also Should be Fine ...

No One Should Question or Complain about the Personal Choice anyway ...

This type of sites , where it's NOT NECESSARY , to mention your Full Official Address , Contact Details , Identification Number or even your Official Name , PUBLICLY ON THE PROFILE , then there is NO reason to put your Personal Photo PUBLICLY ON THE PROFILE as well..

Because , just like other Personal Information mentioned , your Photo is also a very crucial part of your BASIC PRIVACY & SAFETY matters ...

And specially in a site , where is NO GUARANTY to make your Photo Secure after uploading Publicly , as in here on CS , I have noticed before many times , when peoples' photo was Morphed and Posted openly on Public Forum Without their advance Permission , I find it's EXTREMELY UNFAIR for the SITE AOUTHORITY to ask the members to put their Personal Photo Publicly ...

Certainly , to Identify and to Decide a Potential Date , Appearance plays a vital role..
But
That DOES NOT MEAN that you SHOULD SHOW YOUR PHOTO PUBLICLY TO ALL THE COMPLETE STRANGERS WHEN THERE IS NO SAFEGUARD PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITE ...

You can always share your Photo Privately with Someone Specific when it comes to Select a Date Online...
The Choice to Share your Photo Privately with the ones you are willing to , is Always There ...

And for just Profile Decoration , the SITE MUST be flexible enough to ALLOW any OTHER types of DECENT IMAGES (like Nature , Art , Qouatation etc.) In the place of Profile Picture ...
Just make sure , NO One Uses FAKE PHOTO (Borrowed From Someone Else ) as a Profile Pic ...

Yes .. It's good to have an option to post Pictures on Profiles .. But Just As Optional , Not as Obligation ...
