Why Can't People Be Content with What They Have, and Why Must They Lose It to Appreciate What They Had?

Here's a question I've heard many times (and probably will hear again). But for those who may not engage in this discussion but could use an answer, here it is.

First of all, the situation can vary from case to case. Each can find the answer that applies to them.

The First Question: Why can't people be content with what they have?

There are situations where a person appreciates what they have when they have something specific, but they need more to be truly happy.

Similar situations exist where a person appreciates what they have, but they need something else to feel fulfilled or happy.

There are situations where a person appreciates what they have and desires nothing more than to keep what they have forever.

Some people do not appreciate what they have because:
A. They cannot realize within themselves that what they have is real; for them, everything seems like a dream that can end at any time.
B. They do not appreciate what they have because they have never had something so precious, and they do not know how to appreciate it.
C. Some people simply do not know how to appreciate what they have, even after they have lost it, because they do not value what they receive.

Sometimes, people want more, not because they are dissatisfied with what they have, but because they want to evolve. Having what they desired opens their minds to new possibilities, shows them that they can have what they want, and this, in turn, makes them want more. It's a vicious circle that includes the need for growth: 1. You want more, 2. You get more, 3. You have more... so, 1. You want more.

Now, let's move on to the second part.

Why Must They Lose It to Appreciate What They Had?
Often, we appreciate what we had even more intensely only after we lose it because the need to have it is stronger than when we already possess it. When you have something you need, your need is satisfied by the presence of that something. Having something you need diminishes the desire and need to have that thing, while the absence of something you need accentuates that need, inevitably leading to a stronger appreciation of it.

Many sharing their bodies with another are understandably confused and concerned. They can feel the other presence in their mind, but how can they explain that to anyone without being labeled a nut? Then they wonder if they really are crazy and delusional.
Some of them actually do go crazy at the dilemma this puts them in. Strange murders and inexplicable suicides can result for those poor souls.
No human brain is exactly the same as anyone else;s. Individual variations exist as a natural process of heredity, environment and diet. Bob's brain is different from Nick's which is different from Sue's and Ann's, etc., ibid 7 or 8 billion times. It seems implanting a second consciousness is kind of an art form. Although it sometimes goes very smoothly, sometimes errors are made and the 2nd consciousness acquires more dominance than the body the brain controls can handle.
Hallmarks of a botched implantation require alertness and maybe even some training to spot. Although myths of such possessions go back thousands of years and have a dozen or more names in human history (possessed, skin walker, shape shifter, paranoid schizophrenia, etc) most of human society is not alert to the phenomena.
A popular target of such implantation are leaders and what are today called influencers. Radio announcers, TV and movie stars and religious leaders were frequent targets in the past.
Things observers should be alert for as evidence someone may be have experienced a botched implantation could be someone previously physically fit and well coordinated suddenly tripping on stairs or failing at simple routine physical tasks such as dropping a coffee cup, or missing the mouth while trying to take a drink putting shoes on the wrong foot, etc. This is because the one in charge or trying to be in charge of the possessed person is not the one the body normally resounds to. Another symptom is when talking or doing something, suddenly the person will just freeze, unable to respond to questions or voice anything, or even to move. This reflects an internal struggle in their brain to take back control. However, even if briefly successful after a moment of struggle, in human society today, very few would believe them, so they will insist everything is alright and nothing is going on, while bystanders may wonder if they just witnessed a minor stroke. Sometimes an implant gone wrong will in time cause actual brain damage and someone previously normal may suddenly start speaking incomprehensible word salad, or suddenly manifest strange conspiracy beliefs, etc. If they suddenly claim someone is in their head and it hurts, it may be too late to help them and they usually die of brain hemorrhage soon after.
Some skin walkers were / are people of no great importance or known significance, but the hitchhiker entity has picked them for a reason that may take years to become clear. It is possible the entities doing the possessions can see alternate history paths and forks in future timelines in which this or that person can with a little push play a major role.
It has been alleged that sometimes the 2nd consciousness shares information, suddenly the host knows a 2nd lir 3rd language without study, or announces and makes new inventions or ways of doing things no one else had thought of. They may claim to have had conversations no one else could hear with Angels or Demons. This may be an opportunity for an observer recognizing the symptoms to provide help and ask some questions of the other entity in their head.
The end goal of those doing the implanting of a 2nd consciousness in so many humans is not yet known, but it may not be a good one for humanity.

Dash cam or dashcam describes a video camera mounted on the dashboard of your car for the purpose of recording... things. Lots of things. Truckers use them to record their trips in the event of an accident as it will solve disputes of 'he said, she said' when the other persons story differs from yours.

Although not perfect, when needed if a driver's job is at risk or for insurance claims, it could be the deciding factor, especially in bad weather conditions. Lots of times police reports aren't accurate. For example, a truck having a front-end collision and stating the driver was following too closely to the vehicle in front of him, but in reality the vehicle ahead swerved into the lane of the truck striking the truck where the driver had no chance of braking or maneuvering to avoid the accident.

Most of the units I've seen don't actually mount to the dash but have a suction cup that attaches to the inside of the windshield with a wire to the cigarette lighter for power.
Usually it's a forward facing camera with sound. Some units have a wire to a 2nd camera that can be mounted on the rear window (of a car) to record anything from behind.

People often post videos on YouTube and social media of events, like road rage, trucks Rolling Coal, tailgaters, people running red lights causing accidents, etc.

One recent story was a guy involved in a fender bender where he alerted the other guy who struck his car to pull over. Taking a photo of the damage, the other guy using profanity blamed him for the accident, strides right up and takes a swing 'sucker punching' this first guy. Lucky for him it was a glancing blow and not a direct hit to his jaw. All caught on dash cam, he can press charges to police.

Dashcam prices on Amazon range as low as $35 to over $150 for units with night vision, Wi-Fi and record car movement to record activity when your car is parked.

I've been lucky all the years I drove from Miami to Boca Raton 6 days a week, racking up more than 30,000 miles a year and have seen some serious accidents. I've shopped some units and would like to have a self contained battery operated model what doesn't need to be wired into the car battery.
Maybe I'll find the right model and install one!

People show their hands out to be imprinted, demanding the technological chains that will bind them to the same sophisticated prison they conceived; even more, they are even thrilled about futuristic world, regardless of consequences of merging biological and machinery. People are waving their new god called science, in the new religion called scientism, with offers on the altars freshly built in honoring the future, dreaming on golden age of prosperity, peace, without to even open their very eyes in front of the cliff on which the world is heading. People merging with machines, - they say. It already started, preparing them in last decades, for the future – a tragic one, indeed. One could assume that it becomes hard for a common man to perceive the level of madness and evil operating through these, because they just can’t imagine such extent. Even more tragically – and shocking, in the same time, for those who only Reality, will prove their fail, their decline, their collapse; for that when those waves will hit globally, all will be affected, without doubt, from the poorest to the richest, from the weakest to the strongest. People can’t just imagine how the world would look like, if their whole life was spinning along their bubble or if their sphere of influence was limited to the same characters following pretty much the common parameters regulating their lives, or if the same patterns are dominant within individuals – as they have stated, resemblance, likeness.
Yet, the modern slave demands imprisonment, without to even realize it. The modern slave becomes fit for the same shared ideal, a futuristic world in which technology takes human being to next existential level – a deceit, however – and that is all about progress, development, - between the various crises, supposing to conquer all and everything, like a sort of god-like figure in which to rule. One could easy understand where all these are going, if really has a dose of intelligence – the least amount of it, necessary for understanding. While the rest – majority, can’t comprehend; their mind, can’t cope over the idea of such harm, or to such extent; it is like when pouring water into a glass, which is already filled with a variety of substances or elements that does not allow anything else be there except what’s already present. I could ask, being into the world, like a small statistic, for myself, or just to share it with others, over time; to ask among the people – if they are willing to participate, of course – to define, in their own view, upon their own reference, on their own, personal choice, what is a slave. Of course, each would have the right to refuse the little quest, or my innocence endeavor in venturing into their minds, each time they desire. For the quest, is simple. To define the word Slave, and its meaning, in accordance with one’s perception, and not resuming to these only, but to show the implications in real life events. I have said: I could ask. But I will not.”

There was a time when politician and lawyer Rudy Giuliani was 'on top of the world' even if it was a small world. He was respected by many and (for the most part) made a contribution on controlling crime in New York. Somehow, he flipped from the good side of the law to the bad side. He's 79 years old now and eyeballs deep in legal troubles.

Things probably started going downhill when he started supporting Donald Trump in the 2016 election and was Trump's attorney during that time. Since Trump is known for not paying his attorneys, my guess is it started a financial difficulty for Rudy that only snowballed.

2023 isn't a good year for Rudy. He was indicted in Georgia for his part to overturn the results of the 2020 election and his role in January 6 insurrection. He lost the defamation case with the election workers and later admitted he lied about them. He's got to pay those two women.

Trump had a $100,000 a plate dinner to raise funds for Rudy's legal fees. Unknown what that netted (less Trump's fee) but that's not enough.

News today, Rudy's ex-lawyer has filed a lawsuit seeking nearly $1.4 million in unpaid bills.

He's been barred from practicing law and the bills are stacking up.

It's reported his Upper East Side apartment is on the market for $6.5 million.

That should keep the wolves off his doorstep. Oh, wait... he won't have a doorstep if the apartment sells.
Rudy... of your own doing, you're in deep shit.

That is how much weight I have lost since last summer when I was diagnosed diabetic and started to eat right. The closest thing I can figure out is that I am sweating out fat. My a** is nothing but a bit of wrinkled hairy skin, skin folds and wrinkles all over my body. If I were to sleep with a woman now, the lights would have to go out, I am awful to look at now I know the skin will eventually go back tight again but its quite different looking at myself now.

“I wonder what is truly the difference between a slave and a free being, observing a society struggling to survive in the prison they created. The world seen through the eyes of a child, resembles a heavenly place, the philosophers say. What seems to be then, the ultimate truths, for those who love and praise illusions?! When among these commoners, rise and quote from the tribunes, the well-known quotes saying about how to make a better world, or pursuit of happiness driven by positive thinking, brain working exercise and various techniques such as meditation, ensuring a prosperous life to everyone, I wonder, really, are all so blinded, or blindfolded from the truth? – for everything they have quoted for decades, it is a big, big, big Lie. Deceit. I wonder: how can they be so much deceived, to such point and to such an extent that when you even try to show them a glimpse of Reality which definitely contradicts everything they’ve quoting, you get disregarded as individual walking among them and trying to understand the world and do good deeds as you feel it, if not, in easiest cases, just ignored. Even more, the spirit of zealots seems to have taken new levels of domination, among these .. happy slaves – to be called properly, and not being rude at all, for there were times in which in order to defend these lies and everything that is rightfully called Deceit, they were even ready to use violence, or any sort of means such as a punishment for not aligning to their patterns, made-up beliefs, or claims. If there should be truly an understanding mind among these freedom-quoters, peace-makers, wisdom-teachers, disciples-of-light, and so on mixes of minds, hearts and strings of ideological precepts, - but no! just poor, pathetic imitators of all! Sometimes, it’s good to say art is a form of imitation, for such aspect of a definition is quietly suitable, for these times, in which everyone has to copy something or someone, rather than being original, or just calling being original what’s taken to extreme, such as something resembling ridiculous, obscene, out of contexts, outside the norms. But there is much truth, in all these behavioral patterns as well, for these people – commoners – which made a habit into imitation art, strengthen the illusion, which dominates their life. If truly, even the word Intelligence is reaching to a point of distortion that at some point it could be called wisdom something vulgar, profane, like any other short sentences or tries of wording like in a commercial advertising, then, indeed, that shows to what kind of value the society reached to be. For such lowest values on a negative scale, doesn’t indicate something else except that they were gradually led to such state of mind and heart, through social engineering and other forms of control. These are indicators of the lowest level of a society on the verge of collapse, the imminent failure being in plain sight. To wonder more, about who is truly free, and who is a slave, when none of these words does not carry the original values, in these modern times?!..”
