Boban1: the stronger sets up the rules , that`s not a new thing and Im not surprised of it at all, what I am surprised to see is, that people expect from the whole world to look away and shut their mouth about injustice( Im not specifically talking about the USA ,here)

exactly..and it just makes me sick to think like that! many other countries have committed atrocies and let's talk about them too but why this kind of shamless desperation to justify a wrong action!

chris27292729: They Court-Martialed soldiers commiting a crime.

Who was it that court martialed the accused soldiers? The US military JAG department on violations of the UCMJ (Unifieid Code of Military Justice).
The last time you the Taliban arrest and try a Taliban member for shooting or killing civilians was when?

Long time ago was it not. Maybe never?

Here is the deal. The Taliban (or alQeada) are free under Sharia Law to kill, main, injure, torture anyone that get in their way. Sharai Law because it is a law of intrepretation, you just have to get a radical cleric to nod his head for the stoning.

One you have a code legal and justice system...or a legal due process that its member are held accountable to. Does justice happen all the time? No. But it is allot better than intrepretative law and justice were is nearly never happens, if ever.

There's no attempt here to justify shameless actions except by you and others of your mindset. You are bigots that are trying to demonize an entire country and all those in it with nothing more compelling than your own rhetoric of hate. That's the shameful action and you are the one trying to justify it.

what`s filthy in telling the truth???? .And if you would really care for your country ,you would actually look from which side the wind is blowing cause the leadership that you have cares only for their pocket

Now, altho we disagree in most arguments, I never lost respect for you or your opinion ...

Boban, I don't like Pelosi, Reid, Obama or the rest of the liberal fruitcakes in office any more than you do, but the remark about "cares only for their pocket". Well, let's just say that's something you could say about anyone or any group. It doesn't carry much weight and even if the liberal nutcases did only care about their pocket, that, alone wouldn't make them a problem.

chris27292729: I would not come to your level and trade insults with you.- I respect your opinion, and nobody is forcing you to respect mine.- i just want to ask you this. Why the USA demands from countries and signs, judiciary military agreements, for its Arm Forces to be prosecuted in the USA,from the smallest,to the biggest offence???.-Its because your judiciary system is better than those countries, where USA Arm Forces serve???,or USA is afraid, its offenders will not have a fair trial???.- Ordinary USA citizens, commiting offences,in countries where there is military judisiary agreements, stand trials, why not the military personel???.-

Trade insults? You do have an anti-American bias that is very obvious and that's your opinion and you're welcome to it and I don't know why you would consider it an insult that I recognize your bias. You clearly don't care for the US and that means the people of the US and I'm one of them. Oh well.

The reason why it's a military trial is because it's a military offense. That's how it's done everywhere. Take it up with NATO.

That's a fact. Too bad they don't take their asses to some country that's more to their liking. They would be so much happier.

Homeless Americans? The great thing about this country (waving my patriotic flag again) is that your well being isn't dictated by the government and you can go get off your butt and build as much as you are willing to work for. But... that's not for everyone and people who don't like that sort of system have the whole world to look over to find a home more to their liking. We don't have border guards to keep people from leaving this country.

chris27292729: There cases in Greece where dranken USA personel,on an evening leave outside their bases,have caused the death of innocent citizens,and because of the judiciary military agreement,instead having their trial in Greece,they have it in the USA,and they get in those trials there,almost scott free.- And is not a practice in my country to torture as a form of punishment.javascript:emot('');
The death of anyone is a sad thing. The case I am thinking of was not a death either. So I am unsure how they determine if they are tried in that country or not. Maybe the one I am thinking of was a case where the other country refused to let the soldiers be tried by our military. I do know it is common practice usually for our military to do their own trials. I would like to think the punishments would fit the crimes. I know over here in the state I live we have the death penealty not all states have that here. But our laws are also very leniant <---(not sure if spelled right) Unless it is very serious crime they get lots of chances. To many. I got hit by a drunk driver a while back. I got a year in the hospital and he lost his driving privilage for six months. And he did a hit and run. Drove off and left me to die. Oh well that is how it goes.blues

Now, mnowsa, don't you know that the U.S. CAN DO NO WRONG????

Everything the U.S. does HAS to be justified because it's the U.S. doing it, so that automatically makes it justified.

You read the comments here, the venom displayed by the majority of U.S. posters, this has been and always will be a prime example of what happens when dirty U.S. deeds are brought to light, when the unmentionable is revealed and not kept concealed.

All I had to do was start a thread and voila!!!! Some of them could barely contain themselves. This is typical. Just pay them no mind. I don't. I simply skip over the nonsense, especially the ones who will write a book to attempt to justify atrocities committed by the U.S., whether it be in the name of research or war.

When innocent people are deliberately infected with gonorrhea and syphilis, when innocent civilians are killed and treated as trophies, you are damn right I'm not going to simply ignore it and please, please continue to state that I'm a "disrespectful American because I take it as a compliment to be NOTHING like the "justifiers" in this country!!!!

Conrad73: what is your take on testing new Medications!
How should it be done?

ethically .

There are good guidelines available already . If a company want to sell the medicine in the west , try that there ,test it there , not on the poor people in the poor countries by hiding all potential bad effects of that . The fact is that even if the medicine is tested and marketed its not availabe to the commninty where the clinical trials were taken .

With your patriotic flag raised high up,you remind me of the Africaaners in South Africa.- Telling them the wrongdoings of their country policies, and their reaction was straight away like yours,"" go back where you come from"" or ""don't you like how we do things in this country, then leave"" or "" you are biased against us"".- Seeing your soldiers dismembering corpses, makes you a pround patriotic American, and others contemning this hideous act, inside or outside of USA,are not patriotic Americans, and biased against your country.- Take off your blinkers, outside USA, the people don't like the USA policies in general, not the American people.-handshake
