Well my post is being called 'flim flam' and the OP refuses to answer any question that might clarify his position and get this thread underway in a positive manner so please, somebody either coach the OP or shut this down as it's fairly useless without the positive input by the OP who refuses to clarify what it is he is talking about and take questions.

Thought I made it apparent that we have been fighting your wars with you Silverbirch as none were 'our' wars but rather 'your' wars in which we helped out. that goes back to the Civil war and we even earned a Presidential citation for the Battle of Kapyong in Korea and, helped out in Iraq both times as well as Afghanistan and even in Vietnam where fifty thousand Canadians served.

Hey Conrad, I don't think they really care about the democracy side of this, its religeon though that will certainly eliminate the need for a democracy by replacing it with a dictatorship or Sharia Law

I certainly prefer a democracy (or similance of democracy) and I hope that Egypt and other countries don't fall into these dictatorships however, I stop short of interfering with their choices. I think they should be able to choose without our interference. The same holds true when they realize they're in a mess, they should get themselves out of it. Too mnay times have we gone in with both good and bad intentions to end up being seen as the bad guy. As I see it, we lose either way, we may as well lose, save money and at the same time, refocus those resources to our own people.
That seems crass I know, but I am just sick of trying to help those who either don't want it or don't apreciate it.
