Ya so unsatisfied that they forced the Arab world to attack them in five separate wars that forced Israel to fight for it's survival.

Those joos are so tricky. Infiltrating the minds of the dictators of the Middle East and putting the idea of attacking Israel and trying to wipe it off the map.

UN rulings are not multiple choices. They are resolutions tabled and voted on by the entire world and are supposed to stick. For example, when they voted to impose sanctions on Saddam, he was not asked if he liked them or not and if he didn't, they wouldn't be imposed but rather was told he had to adhere to them or, he would face member states who were authorized to take whatever action was necessary to get him to comply. In the case of Israel and the Palestinians, both had to accept or be in defiance of it.

So my question still remains for Silverbirch, why is it that the Arabs broke the most impotent resolution and all other actions good and bad in this issue are born from their inadherence to it and yet, Israel is blamed for all the resulting actions when they were the only ones adhering to UN Resolution 181?



The Sinai was returned upon the Egyptian Israeli peace agreement. Jordan didn't want the West Bank back as they know it isn't theirs to begin with anyhow and either is most of their land as it belongs to Palestinians but you don't hear much about that. Anyhow, other than that, no peace treaties have been signed so the state of hostilities remains hence, no legal basis to return squat.
