Managed to disable its data pack function - no internet on it and no capability to use it as a wifi point for my lappy
Went to Telstra shop, he doodled around on it (like I'd already done) and got nowhere sooo...
Came hom and reset it back to factory settings and woohoo
Back on the air
Paid all my bills now phew ...
