gold71: Government continually makes up more rules to justify their jobs.
Appathetic Aussies go along with it because they don't like to upset the apple cart. The government could pass a law saying that they needed to chop off every civilians head because that was the recommendation of a advisory panel came up with.
People would happily appear at the decapitation area a bit dejected about it all but knowing the government knows best for them.
They would form a line and wait there turn without making any undue noise or comments that might get anyone upset. Then they would give the executioner a friendly little smile,,, Like they appreciate the effort he has gone to remove their heads.... then BANG! Gone,,,,,,,, NEXT,,,,,,!

You might goose, but i know that i sure as hell wouldn't, i'd be holding the axe.playball

The mind boggles, Merri. Like we all do that almost everyday - drive home with a bucket of coffee grinds!
Ok, let me think, it's your job to empty out the coffee machine at the end of the week? I suppose they make good compost and that's why you take them home?

Oh well, there are worse things your car can smell of. Once a bottle of cream rolled out of the shopping bags and lodged under a seat of the car. Days later, the pressure built up and the contents started to come out and soak into the carpet. Car never smelt any good after that!

rolling on the floor laughing Hi Obsi... no I am the bucket lady... I stroll in with 2 empty buckets at the start of the week, and depending on how busy the coffee shop has been, I stroll out with full buckets..

I know it sounds odd... but yes, I put the grounds on my garden, tis good for breaking up the clay and changing the soil composition. makes it alkaline.

grin

my parents used to have a hibiscus tree out the front that thrived on old tea leaves .
Then again their soil was old market gardens swear anything could grow in it
