All good Wash... sort of..
I have these random thoughts ...around.. why do I catch bugs..
I was right dizzy at work yesterday, barely managed to drive home, then fell asleep til 8pm...
That's a first for me..
So off to pay my $100 at the docs today... Jeez, that hurt...
and no firm aspect of what I have... except she confirmed that blood pressure is low...
which makes me wonder about all the choc. I eat... the salt amount I shove on my food, and the ciggies...
Crickey, I thought all that combo was suppose to shove up the blood pressure...

Ahh Merri. What to do? I had my annual checkup last year and got some good and bad from the quack. Sugars are reasonable but should be lower. Weight needs to be less. Waist needs to be less.
And then he gives me a printout to show the comparison.
Weight is down, waist is less, sugars are less, blood pressure is less, cholestral is less, height is less than a year ago. Now back to blood pressure. My doc said that mine was "mid-range for my age."
Hate being called "normal" as it has been forever on "lowest side of normal.' You have said on a few posts in the past about your "normal" diet. Makes me wonder about the "makes me wonder about all the choc. I eat... the salt amount I shove on my food, and the ciggies..." comment. You must be doing something right for your body.
Every now and then I have cravings for Vegemite. Probably because my body says it is time for salt which I rarely add to anything.

i stuffed up yesterday
was in the shop and spotted can of Shelly's Brush on Sealant, the camper trailer tailgate been letting water in. So figured i'd paint both seals round it and front door to, finally got two coats on, so left that to dry, went off prospecting.
Just on night fall closed the doors, which had, had about four hours drying. Tried to open them this morning, where did i put that crowbar...errr
i stuffed up yesterday
was in the shop and spotted can of Shelly's Brush on Sealant, the camper trailer tailgate been letting water in. So figured i'd paint both seals round it and front door to, finally got two coats on, so left that to dry, went off prospecting.
