galrads: Hahaha ... now that the annointed one has declared that Climate Change is the greatest thing to fear today, you don't have to look far into the wings to see that the USA democrats are warming up Al Gore for 2016, while Hillary Rodham-Clinton is grilled.

It's the unifying fibbing big Al Gore to the rescue and Charles Manson will probably be his running mate now that president Obama has also declared that there are too many people in jail here over little things! It's also planned that Bill Clinton will cross-dress for the position of Secretary of State.

Hahaha run Hillary, run... But you're done! We're all ready for a woman president of the USA, just not you.

It's so funny how AL Gore and his schemes are mentioned. Boy what a fiasco he put us into. Like some kind of moronic kids and just believe in his lies.

Okay, so who's your woman choice for the job? If I may ask.
Thanks for joining in.wave

Here there was a woman politician at the national level and she got into such high scandal of corruption and having and affair with someone younger and a contractor. Yes, he got lots of construction projects.

Then at the State level there was this lady, I dare to say that she was “mostly” honest and concern about people yet naïve and her team stepped on her (including some one in her family).

It does not matter if a politician is a woman or not as long as their doing right surpasses their wrong doing.

I'm a big fan of, and would very much like to see either Susana Martinez or Carly Fiorina to be our next President of these United States.

lifeisadream: 34 TIME Magazine Covers That Appeared to Give People Horns

"Hillary Clinton joins Pope Francis, one large animal and many others who have appeared on the magazine's front with the eyebrow raising features
There was some hubbub online Thursday over TIME’s latest cover, which appeared
to show Hillary Clinton sporting a set of horns.

(This sort of thing has happened before.) Given the shape of the letter “m” in the magazine’s name and its location on the cover, many other subjects in the past have also appeared to sprout extra features (in fact this happened to Hillary Clinton at least once before. Same goes for Bill Clinton. George W. Bush too). Check out everyone from Margaret Thatcher to Pope Francis to Jesus to Darth Vader who have received the rough end of TIME’s “horns.”
Any resemblance to cats, bats or devil horns is entirely coincidental."

In my culture a set of horns also means that person has been cheated on, although I d not know about the meaning of the horns in another latin (Spanish) cultures.

(The morality of the cheating is one thing but the promiscuous-ness is what would matter to me the most)

I think horns generally mean two things. Being a bull with a strong and hefty weight to stand against any challenge, and the other thing represent a devilish strength that says: "DON'T MESS WITH ME" attitude?

Yes the most popular downfall of all politician no matter what time and place is CORRUPTION.

I wouldn't be surprised. Greed and power, it eats you up and anyone who is in power becomes the victim of their own doing.

lindsyjones: HOW SO?

WHAT KIND OF GUTS ARE YOU REFERRING TO?

I BELIEVE SHE'S BRAVE, INTELLECTUAL, And by just being able to stand and face the country and declare her candidacy, is to me, A VERY GUTSY and full of AUDACITY.

America being the most powerful country in the world, and for her to stand up to the most challenging job in the world, isn't that enough audacity? Strength? To me, it is.

If Hillary had not the guts to kick her husband balls for being a promiscous man and to let him just get away from it -for me- she has not the guts to run the "most powerful country of the world".

I think your measure of her personal decision to forgive her husband on their marital concerns is too lame for you to judge her merits as a political stalwart with guts. I believe she earned more respect not only as a wife but as a woman with class and character.

I wouldn't personally judge her grip on what's effective leadership based on personal choices she does in her life regarding love and or commitment she puts on her marriage. MHO.

You consider that as a weakness? I consider that virtuous and forgiving.

Strategically, it was much smarter to do what she did. Whether he had a thing with Lewinsky or not is not important in the grand scheme of things. If she had kicked him to the curb, she would never have become a Senator and subsequently SofState.

Who screwed who is not important only in so far as it can be used against someone and to evoke a public response. I think Hillary is quite smart. I don't think she's honest, but honesty doesn't get you anything in politics. Just m.o.

And more importantly in the world of chaos, what she did is a mark of strength. The ability to let people be forgiven and come to their senses.

I know some are like Lifeisadream, yet didn't Jesus answered Thomas when asked "HOW MANY TIMEWS MUST HE FORGIVE HIS BROTHER?" Jesus said and quote: "77 TIMES 77"

Now imagine the implications on this. Not that we are incorporating fundamentals of religious belief on here, but deep down on some of us, when a love one has committed us an error, yet our love to them is way deep, we can definitely offer them some forgiveness and move on.

Hillary is not characterized as LACKING THE GUTS just because of her position on being a forgiving woman. On the contrary it made me respect her more.

I do agree with you Nidi (how are you my friend? Fly back there in two weeks), And that is a trait that characterizes a good planning. The ability to foresee the future and the impact of ever action she makes.

Not only can she formulate the immediate impact but that she can lay down the foundation of a very long term positive effect of her actions. Now that is what we call VISIONARY ABILITY.

Who screwed who is not important only in so far as it can be used against someone and to evoke a public response.

On honesty, sometimes supporting a certain policy can create most conflict as to whom it will serve best. "THE NEED TO KNOW BASIS WHICH IS USED BY ANY GOVERNMENT" is an example. It is not because of dishonesty but that over transparency can create more trouble and serious damage to the constituents hence the need to be secretive. A most strategic application of political decision making.

Her pundits of course, will demand every inch of honesty when a certain wrong doing is involved, just like the Benghasi fiasco but nin the end it is the collective benefit of the whole nation that matters.
