Only thing I know is if he doesn't want to be in contact with me anymore, it's best to move on albeit it's easier to say than done.

Hello mayangcollins21. I am very sorry you are experiencing this. I have gone through something like this before.. I was innocent. Come to find out he was the one who cheated and more than once. I was in my 20's at this time (I am 46 now).
He either found someone else and he is too cowardly to say, therefor using that backwards conscience thing to help himself feel better.
OR
He really thinks you to be unfaithful.
The fact that he will not even talk about it is suspicious to me. How many times have you tried? You seem to be the only one hurting in this situation. He doesn't seem to care. Anyone who can turn it off to that degree and will not even discuss it, not giving you a chance.. does not deserve you.
Walking away from someone you love can hurt a lot, its depths are measured according to how much you feel for them. Sometimes I have felt like I was literally dying inside and no one could help me yet somehow I survived.. :)
The best advice I ever received was from an older woman.. she said "Is it his love for you that keeps you or your love for him"
