secretagent09: There is a picture of three men in your profile.

One of them is you.

Which one of the other two is your best mate that was stabbed?

Even though you didn't respond to me Rumples, I'm posting the story in honor of your friend.

Dear Rumples, I wish for you and your friend from my heart that everything will become good again.
The thought of people like your friend and you saves for me my view at the world.

I've doing what the mods suggested in regards to not support someone getting banned.

I wonder if people would support me if I were banned.I'll bet not.

A dear friend of mine survived the massacre on the stadium in France, I know how it feels...

I don't understand how this has happened and I don't understand why the press has chose those photos of him. He won't be happy about that when he gets better; he remains critical but the surgery stopped the bleeding.

There's nothing to do now but wait and bombard his family with best wishes.

Yeah, somehow I am managing to still laugh some, myself. Probably from my recent visit to OUR local "Morehammered" store. laugh

Life in general seems to be going ok, done some "me" work a little while ago and it paid off. I have learned though that things can change and often do when you least suspect it, hence why I am a little nervous about the future.

I totally understand that! It's like every day it's changing. Just when you get comfortable and think things are going well, then, "BAM !" something happens. But you know, that's life, a forever ending roller coaster. I go with the flow. I take each day as it comes, or, for that matter, each hour. laugh I understand what you are talking about though. So, on a positive note, state what is going well for you so we can all rejoice in it.

The biggest would be quitting smoking, went on the patch recently and its working out pretty good, still have a few smokes in a day but nothing in comparison to what it was.

Be careful smoking with that patch on....IT WILL MESS YOU UP! laugh They also make medications that really help to quit smoking but ultimately, you have to really want to quit in order to make it happen and stay that way. I've quit a few times and it wouldn't hurt for me to quit again, but I look at it this way. I call them "no-smackers". I smoke them and no-smacker someone. laugh I just haven't reached that point in my life again. laugh Just too many people I'd smack and end up in jail if I didn't go take a smoke break. lol You keep on, that's a good thing. thumbs up

I inquired about the medication but the prescriptions I am on now don't mix well with those so I can't go on it. This is working out alright though.
