Or, you could have a knock down argument and tell him to his face that you never want to speak to him again. It will hurt him and you will feel bad about yourself, but if you really want to do what is best for him and for yourself you need to take it to the last step.

a simple NO is enough for men to understand - you say NO; I say Next. That´s how it should work.
Of course there are some people (men/women) who are pathetic, they believe they can "win someone ". by been there.

If you said to him all three thoughts or just the one that you are moving on you might make an impression.
