Ah, Sweet Relief!

I was in pain, so off I went,
To the clinic, myself I sent.
Trying to find my comfort zone,
I got a little prednisone.

I figured maybe in a week,
I'd find relief that I did seek.
Ah but, oh! to my delight,
A sweet surcease came overnight.

The miracles of medicine,
Made me myself now, once again.
And so to work now, I can go,
To try to earn myself some dough.

And if my labors cause me pain,
It's off to doctor's once again,
Because to suffer's not my style,
Not even by a country mile...

SENSITIVE REFINEMENT

SENSITIVE REFINING

Ginger Running Down my Throat
Clearing Out Poisons I have Spoke
Sage Lit up Like An Angel On Call
Positive Aromas I Enhale A Toke

Ginseng Leaves Room To RemoveTasteless Thoughts
Angelica Pushes me Through More Doors
Aniseed Relieves Of Indegestion Ways
Valerian ROOT Changes Nerves Taught

When We Attune Start To Understand The Being Within
We Want Wot is Best For Our Bodies So Empty Out
Wot Feels grim ...

When We Begin The Sensitive Road We Walk
We Suddenly Get More of an Urge To Draw Out
Wot Feels Grim

We Become So Refined In Choice
Refining Every Tune We Play
Sensitive to Every Sound
Wot We take In 4 the day

Sensitive We Are
Refining All Things On Our path

Entirety

Entirety

How is it that the beautiful of this land, can never see what we all can?
They look at hips and look at face and wish they could just erase
I look and such perfection, assembled in a heavenly collection
Not to big not to small, not to short not to tall, just perfect in your all
Why is it that you cannot see what is plain as day for all to see
I am to old, to fat I wish I could change this, I wish I could change that
Step back and look and see what friends, family and others can see
You in your beautiful entirety

Nurse

NURSE
NURSE, NURSE
I was the little girl,
he was the little boy.

She did not mean to fall
but all she did not much
but a bump and a scrape or two.

He tried to not, but sure he did
he tumbled down the hill in still of
himself he hit his leg to the ground
in so he scraped it up and then.......

she/ he needed the nurse, she put a bangdage'
if that did not work then the wrap had to do.
The nurse is tender but helps to mend the weak and
the ill.... That is why they are called the nurse.

Corona

The Corona Virus

On Earth there is a virus,
A plague that’s called mankind,
It is of course the human race,
The blind led by the blind.
They fought for Gods of money,
showed every kind of greed,
And wanted more of everything,
Of things they didn’t even need.
They poisoned all the oceans,
And all the land and air,
Religion taught them nothing,
Most people didn’t care.
A madness gripped the people,
Like nothing seen before,
A selfishness unheard of,
Every group wants more.
And boys were girls,
And girls were boys,
Insanity reigned supreme.
They forgot our Earth as mother,
In their dystopian world of dreams.
But a mother has her limits,
We all had pushed too far,
In desperate self-protection,
Her anti-bodies streamed,
She had to kill the human pest,
That all the rest may live.
Number one is the beginning,
And number nine completes.
And nineteen is the number,
With which she must try and defeat,
The human virus killing her,
Our Earth beneath our feet.

About this poem:
I think it's pretty evident what the poem is about. Before the coming of Christianity, the Earth was respected and revered as the great mother. Chritianity taught humans were above nature instead of part of it. The belief system was forced on the people who were forced to abandon their old Gods.

Not A Loner

Sometimes you don't need anyone,
and want to be alone.
Keep the distance away from people.
You've suddenly became a loner.
Less talk.
Sad eyes.
No more smile and laugh between us.
You shield yourself.

Then I realized.
Actually you just want to be found.
With them asking "are you okay?"
That is enough for you.

About this poem:
Nothing to say because it's written on it. Simple question like "are you okay?" really could help someone or people to feel better. OR at least prevent suicide.

TRYING TIMES.....

As street lie silent, but lights shine bright
Life seems difficult, though not all fight
When nature shows, how to continue
Twilight's ruddy glows, sending clues

Evening looms ahead, families at home
A lockdown ensures, we mustn't roam
Vital workers, bravely lead the way
Life won't be the same, in future days

At a time when life, is not as it was
Many worldwide, coming to terms with loss
Time is lost, believing we had control
Daily we fulfilled, our simple daily goals

Love ones separated by a silent force
We wait the virus to take its course
Will we see our loved ones, once again
But it's not a time, to shed tears like rain

Doing what we can, to get through a time
Sometimes two metres apart, forming a line
Communication by screen, not by touch
No quick fix possible, we want so much....

No one knows how it will end
A time to be grateful, for family and friend
Hope and faith, we can believe and share
Time to stay positive, yet show we care....

Children are ill

Children are ill

Rang the school so they would be cool
Children are ill so today they are going to chill
Buckets at the ready, trying to hold them steady
As one then the other compete to outdo each other
The Sons speciality seems to be reaching
And stomach churning sicking screeching
Daughters seems to be projectile vomit
And lots and lots and lots of it
Took a sea sick pill cos really starting to feel ill
Skidding my way from room to room
Large Mop and bucket and a broom
Now the smell of bleach is making me reach
And all I can say?
Is they aren’t the only ones having a bad day

FEEL

IN THE RAIN, NO ONE SEES MY TEARS. DURING THE NO ONE SEES MY FEARS. AT NIGHT MY EYES ARE WIDE OPEN. FOR ALL MY FEARS COME TO LIFE. MY HEART IS TIGHT. IM ALONE IN THIS FIGHT. EVEN A CROWD, IT'S JUST ME. OUTSIDERS SEE IM FINE. DARKNESS KNOWS AND WAITS FOR ME. FOR IT THE TRUE ME....

TOUGH AIN'T ENOUGH

We show our power
We show our strenght
We use our muscle to fight in
Show our bravery from within

Tough ain't enough
Though how much we show up
When hardest problems sucks
Our minds may be in state of shock

Enjoy life be happy
Don't take it seriously
Our days may end up abruptly
When it will be no one can say.
