Let's start over

WAR!!!!! is not the way, yet it's in our history, from tribes of old, to modern day, it seems to be that we cannot see, a new design, its always the same time after time, civilizations have ended before, probably thousands, we are destined to be just one more, there is no hope for humanity for the blind cannot see, there's only one way for it to end, a clean slate, for its just too late, to change, our history, that is drowned in misery, so a new beginning is our destiny, we will end ourselves eventually!

But it was fun while it lasted!

And tomorrow will be, oh yes, with or without you or me, its strange to see, such continuity, but that is the way, come what may, when playtime ends, it's goodbye my friends.

The young!

The young, what can you say? naive and innocent, and damm frustrating, no sense of life, always rushing in, and they know it all, until they fall, and then they ask for assistance, they show (this time) no resistance, so we help them up, (again) and help them on their way to this video game of life they play, until reality comes to call,
it's then they grow up,................. just like us all.

It's never over!

Wonderfully standing free, thinking , writing, how it should be, memories of times gone past, inner emotions, they may last, wanting, feeling, caring with love, seeking inspiration from above, lost promises, lost belief, left with nothing, no relief, until the morning sun does shine, for a new day, and a better time.

My Friend

I wrote a letter yesterday, to a friend of mine, I really didn't know what to say, I told him that there was war and people were dying, bravery prevailing, but children were crying, there did not seem to be an end in sight, and could he help me on this night, I told him I was lost, nothing more that I could say, and could he help me and show me a way, for me to understand what was happening in this land, and he replied instantly, "what you see, is not for eternity, it's part of existence, you show no resistance, be brave, be who you are, it will take you far, then tomorrow will be, for you with me"

WHO ARE YOU??

When looking into a mirror
what exactly do you see?
A reflection of disappointment
or person you wanted to be

When words are uttered from your lips
do they come out truthfully spoken?
Or are they mostly less than true
because belief in honesty is broken

When you search your soul
has doubt and fear taken control
Or is it inundated with faith and hope
which is sorely needed just to cope

Mirrors only reveal one's exterior
in that you can't put all your trust
What truly matters is the interior
a righteous heart is a must

STOP YOUR LUNACY

What drives you to consciously resemble a crook
it's what society sees behind your idiotic look
If it's rebellion against 'The Man' I get it
find alternative because you depict a dumb shit

STOP groping in public all you clueless prick's
society doesn't want to see you holding your d*ck's
Banning such inappropriate dress the majority share
civil folks despise seeing your stank a** underwear

Holding up your pants while walking laughable at best
all of your disrespectful antics rational people detest
Ditch hats if incapable of wearing the proper way
how about acting your age not your IQ Okay?

your attire I would surmise depicts you're bad
if that's your mentality your reality is very sad
Tattoos also don't definitively define a tough guy
more truth is they are not akin to FLY

The tacky look makes one look like a punk
indicative of just how far mankind has sunk
Stop the lunacy all you disrespectful bitches
be something other than one of life's glitches

If this seems offensive you get how majority feel
your mirror reflects a look with ZERO appeal
most agree with every word I have justly said
trend of insanity likely until humanity is dead

ANOTHER DAY

Another day fades into the past
shorter and shorter they seem to last
Each tick of time becomes history
where it goes forever a mystery

Another day quickly becomes yesterday
from final destiny no getting away
Tomorrow's bound to turn into today
one day forever could go away

Another day always reaches tomorrow
time we can only borrow
Future brings about 'another day'
it's always been that way

Each day's Twenty-Four hours from it's end
like every human life they're only on lend

WHY WORRY

Humans must live with a degree of sorrow
just knowing we're not promised tomorrow
An existence inundated with crippling grief
it seems dying is the only relief

Without mercy life incessantly pounds you
getting back up harder and harder to do
Humanity most responsible for unduly pain
mankind steadily straying farther from sane

Longing for answers to life induces stress
if we can't grasp or control it why obsess
Life makes little to no sense so Why Worry
the unknown was meant to be blurry

Answer to why we're here, there isn't one
reasons we shouldn't be are a ton

Youth!

One to one hundred seems so long, but in years, in time, its over and gone,
And all those dreams, and that painful reverely, well it appeared and then disappeared faster than we could see.

So now I'm sixty one, youth long gone, tomorrow is but a promise, a line in a song,
I watch the young in their eager endeavour , advice is retorted with ,,,,"whatever",,,,,,

But tomorrow they grow, then they will come to know, as it starts anew, they will see, that they are just like me, and they are just like you too!
