Another day

So the wind chill factor is -5 but I'll stay alive, this doorway is cold but I have cardboard boxes to fold, I can be ok, I can be alright, I know I'll get through another night, and tomorrow will be another day,,, and I hope, maybe better, somewhere for me to stay!

?????????

So we walk in different fields, don't know how it feels, for me to be you, or you to be me, we just cant see, and our blindness creates that void, was it you? or me that lied?, human things, problem brings, spirits show, high and low, our insanity, our creativity, and it always ends the same, because we decided to play this game, and we take it to the high, to feel the wonder,, and fly, then we drop into the abyss, and its all over!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, what did we miss?

Crow Black above the Green

Crow black above the green;
________along the fence they wait
________as forty feathered legions

wait as snipers wait;
_____________in the farthest fields
_____________lie in want of spoils

for as the farmer tills;
______________so the miller mills
______________so the hunter kills

Crow black above the green;
____________thus beneath the sun
____________nature's work is done

VALENTINES DAY

Embedded image from another site

The happiest and saddest day of the year
Celebrated by the broken hearted in tears
Year after year waiting for your loved one
Cupid’s arrow always passing by with none

Those deeply in love embracing the day
In their own private world of sunshine rays
Red roses – candy hearts with cute verses
Loving kisses in their own universes

Each having their own dreams of days ahead
Some dreams granted – while others in shred
Here’s wishing everyone happiness this year
Spending it with someone you love most dear

About this poem:
Valentines Day can be a beautiful romantic day for those in love. But for some it can be a heart wrenching day - especially for women that men pass by year after year.

For the Isolated

For again the night is moving slow
and many a poet is cursed to know
In the room the women come and go
Talking of Michelangelo

In tenement buildings and boarding rooms
lie men who dreamt of being grooms
Have known evenings, mornings, afternoons,
measured out their lives with coffee spoons

But onwards as we surely try
to flower and bloom before we die
Let us go then, you and I,
When the evening is spread out against the sky

In Prospect of Venus

He rose early
before the sun
to hoe and toil
under true stars
a simple man
beneath the vines
of his grey yard
he chewed straw
and turned his
thoughts to
women
children
delights
he had
not known
in all these days
that had passed
with fruits
and flowers
known only
to his birds
his companions
was he yet
not worthy
of Venus
he mused
for I shall sing
the song
of the grave
before Venus rises
unto me
he sang
yes I shall sing
the song
of the grave
before Venus rises
unto me

How do you see it?

Life changes you from the start, it opens your mind and closes your heart, you start out with love, innocent and true, then life, slowly eradicates you, you become aware, of whats right and what's fair, you want to be there, and you really care, then, you get confused, when you have been used, so now you retract, its the ultimate act, it leaves you lost,, life is not free, it has a cost, so, now do you see?. ,, no one loves you more than me.

Oh Valentine !

This crazy world spinning around
All the time circling the sun
Then like a rainbow there you are
Your face shining like a constellation of stars
Sharing your face with mine
Strangers living in even stranger times
Each with our own burning desires
Fueling our hopes and dreams
Falls like the rain something called magic
Desert dust sprinkled by rain dancers
On top of all the little clouds pirouetting
Filling our minds and hearts overflowing
With an irresistible desire for each other
With undying devotion till our parting ways
Oh Valentine.!!!

WHO DA G.O.A.T?

More are rightly questioning Sports authenticity
increasingly shameless in their blatant duplicity
Greed the only thing to blame
integrity canceled for fortune and fame

Goodell proclaimed "without blacks no football"
'Fake News' from crooked Woke screwball
Accomplishments today doesn't equate to legit
past and present together doesn't fit

Most debated is who's Basketballs g.o.a.t
many uneducated people insert their vote
Jordan escalated the arrogance of showboating
he's the G.O.A.T some keep promoting

The true complete player defines G.O.A.T
that crown ONLY ONE can tote
racism always gets injected without basis
I'm simply being real not racist

Obvious from all seen and heard
THE G.O.A.T. IS Larry Joe Bird
Total agreement is where I'm at
to quote Bannon 'suck on that'
