Capgras Delusion

I can see she looks at me strangely
Something here is not right
My Darling wife, the love of my life
Might not be who I think she is

Yesterday I'm sure she was
The one I thought she was
But today, what can I say
I think they switched her round

She looks and talks the same
She acts and walks the same
Why hell, she even smells the same
Yet there is something in those eyes

Though the body looks just the same
I'm sure it's not my Darling
I don't know why they switched her round
There has to be a reason

For now I will play their game
I'll not let on I know it
Sometime soon they will slip up
And then I will have caught them

About this poem:
The Capgras delusion theory (or Capgras syndrome) is a disorder in which a person holds a delusion that a friend, spouse, parent, or other close family member has been replaced by an identical-looking impostor.

Imagine, if you will, that one by one your friends and family– the people closest to you– are being removed and replaced with exact duplicates. Although they are identical in appearance and manner, you are certain that these people are not your loved ones. They are impostors. While most people would become deeply paranoid in such a scenario, there are some individuals who experience such things every day without fear… and just wonder, “why?” Such is the life of people stricken with Capgras’ Syndrome.

I Love You

I love you more than I can say,
but know my heart is your heart.
Know I'll want you until the
flowers are no more.
Until the mountains don't have
their majestic beauty.
Until the sun doesn't rise in His presence.
Being together means we are as one.
Being with you means my
days are bright and filled with
laughter; love; goodness and bliss.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart
for being the special way you are.

Rain

Lost in The rain
Nobody to blame
Feeling ashamed
You came and then you went
I have nothing to give
My heart is empty
My tear face stained
It's full of pain
Alone I walk in the rain
Searching for something
That I'm missing
What it is I have no clue
My glue is coming undone
I feel so lost and alone
I want to pick up the phone
I know nobody's home
Along these streets I roam
Looking for a Place of my own
Something that I can call home

lindsyjonesonline today!

a new morn

portals of mist
sprung unto my heart
a sign of venom
buried away in the past
glittering dew
on the petals
of a new dawn
ready to greet the
brilliance of a sunny morn

I have welcomed just as much
the portals of love
once again,
deep inside my heart
a sign of a new day
that takes me to the realms
of a new journey
full of trust and passion
and I, the new me
will love you as never before
mindful in gratefulness
that once again
love is around

the only truth
that will never change

I love you…

Can I look into the eyes of a stranger and say,
I love you?
Can I say to the officer who’s just given me a traffic ticket,
I love you?
Can I say to the swarthy and gruff guy who’s just handed me my gyro,
I love you?
Can I say to the guy who’s just showed me the finger in traffic,
I love you?
Can I look into the eyes of my boss after he just fired me and say,
I love you?
Can I tenderly say to her who has just broken up with me,
I love you?
Can I say, I love you, to a son or daughter who just used a profanity against me?
Can I, not condescendingly, say I love you to a father or mother who has just unfairly upbraided me?
Can I forgive a friend who was harsh with me and say,
I love you?
Can I focus on my beloved’s good points after a tirade against me, and say,
I love you?
Can I forgive a lover’s infidelity and say,
I love you?

I don’t’ know,
Some of these, we’ve all done,
Others take more practice…

I love you dear reader and fellow-poet…

About this poem:
Note: [‘I love you…’,
All gurus, all religions, all of the spiritual paths tell us that this is the most transformative phrase in the universe…
Why then do we not use it every chance we get?
Recently, I came across a group of people who live, and I mean really live this dictum,
I love you…
They end their emails and telephone conversations with it, they hug and kiss strangers and tell them,
I love you…
I promise you, I’ll never forget the first time a guy said ‘I love you’ to me, and even more amazing, was that I reciprocated and meant it…
Wow, what an unparalleled experience…
I still find it very hard to say ‘I love you’ to a guy…, but, I’m practicing… I am Hellene(Greek), but born and bred outside of Hellas(Greece), I will never forget the first time a male fellow-Hellene kissed me on both cheeks as he greeted me, I broke out in an embarrassed cold sweat, it was always a warm glow and sheen, though, when an attractive young female Hellene greeted me that way…, so, yes, the concept is ancient, but, there’s something dramatically different about the way this group I referred to, does it. They do it from a place deep inside themselves, a place which recognizes that we’re all One! Further, they’ve come to this after a lot of study, meditation and discussion… And, no, they’re not the hippies and flower children of yesteryear constantly high on something,
No, they’re educated, somber, responsible family men and women and even children are picking up on the love vibe…]

Sir ...

Can you not walk?
Can you not talk?

Why did this happen to you?
So, so very sad - but true.

Can you not eat?
Can you not stand on your feet?

No. You cannot. I'm sorry to say ...
Horrible things turn out this way.

9/11/2001

On the eleventh day of September Two-thousand one
planned attacks on American soil were successfully done
Nation's belief of invincibility instantly turned to fear
while the vile perpetrators rejoice in victorious cheer

Inhumane Radical Islam reared it's hideous head
nation and allies abroad mourn thousands dead
Terrorist are born and bred in the Middle East
so-called allies willfully harbor these savage beast

Some believe bureaucrats were part of avoidable fate
if truth ever surfaces society may angrily vent hate
All civilized nations concur terrorism MUST cease
culprits must be eradicated in the name of peace

They're convinced Americas' the true EVIL EMPIRE
desire to eliminate the 'Infidel' shall never tire
The world succumbing to Islam their end game
soulless terrorist slaughter innocent in Allah's name

Pretzel interpretation of Koran drastically blurs view
devoid of reason assures conflict can't reach through
To be so monstrous one is indubitably cursed
9/11/2001 the day remembered as our histories worst

Sorry I have a secret that I haven't told you!

Hi All, this is a very serious story, but I tried to make it as a poem. :"( So, please feel free to read. :"( --- SaS

.............................................................................................................

I have a secret
I have a very secret
I haven’t told anyone yet
And if I told, you’d shock I bet
I’d rather keep it as ‘my forever secret’

Yet,
Everyone here is so nice to me
Everyone here is so kind to me
Everyone here makes me feel so happy
Then I believe you would accept ‘my secret’ finally

Are you ready?

oh
I can't ... tell
even if I wanna yell...
please don't tell me go to hell
and do not laugh if I tell

ok…..

well....

My secret is that,

I am not a lady! :"(

I NEVER told I am a lady!
I always said I am a MONKEY >_<
and …. No, I’m not a FEMALE monkey >_<
I am a MALE monkey >_<
hmmm....
I was a male actually

And I wish I was sexy
That’s why I’ve done surgery
It’s called SRS surgery
search Google you will find its meaning definitely

I am SO sorry everybody :"(
I am crying madly :"(
I am SOO SORRRY :"(
The following is my story :"(

When I was around nineteen or twenty
I really really wanna be a missy
I wanted to have big breasts with big hips really
And that, I’ve undergone SRS finally
Or it’s known as Male to Female surgery

Again, I am so sorry ;'(
I’m so sorry everybody

For guys => please don’t fall for me :'(
For girls => please understand me :'(
I am begging and saying SORRY :'(
to all of you!!! :'(

I really am sorry ;'(

Precious Life

---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----
"Precious Life "

I tried solving mathematical equations
but they all failed my hearts design
I then searched for absolution
but all I lost was time
I turned over every rock
and all I found was hurt
I then looked up to the stars
to find my place on earth
But no matter where I was
God was always near
He took me by my hand
and led me far away from fear
He brought me perfect a peace
when I didn't know what to do
Then He gave me precious life
and said that I love you

A daughter is one of the most beautiful gifts this world has to give. I have two and for that I give all honor to God and life to them

Honor your daughters. They are honorable.
