TTom50: Let me give you the facts then. The Nunn/Lugar agreement....which the Russian will not extend....included a clause that would keep either country from targeting the other with their nucs.
BUT....both have programmable nuclear system....that can be targeted in less than a hour time. We think we can target them a bit faster than the Russians....that don't have the computer systems that we do. Some here say...in 20 minuted. So double that for the Russians.
Unless this was included in the new START agreement....once Nunn/Lugar lapses next year, Russia is free to target their new nuc

The article talks about the Jersulem Post getting a letter from a Egyptian daily newspaper warning of attack on US and Isreali embassies in Cairo.
This is one chilling account of Sean Smith that died that night.
In it he says that they had seem people (his Libyan security) taking photo of consulate and he wondered if he was going to die that night.
About this time Sept 4th, Netanhyu is trying to set up a meet with Obama. But by Sept 11th Obama has denied it.
The attacks happen that evening. After this denial for a meeting came.
So Obama makes a 1 hour photo call with Natanhyu. But the call is only about Iran. But they seemed to limit the conversation to Iran and its nucs.
The Benghazi attack happens about this Tues evening phone call time.
I don't know what was said in the phone call...only Obama and Netanhyu do. But someone gave that Isreali newpaper a leaked story of coming attacks on the US. I doubt some Egyptian newspaper would do it. My connect the dots would say it is the Israeli government did it.
