Are you talking about a travel passport (as i am familiar with in the usa and italy) or a visa instead? Why would they deny a passport like this? If this was polio I'm sure we'd feel a whole lot differently. No the point is that 3 million die every year from not having some vaccine and many of them children. Why now that it's 2.5 million old rich dead do we pull out all the fascism? Why are these lives so much more important than others? Not quite true... Hardly anyone here has been vaccinated, they only started a week or so ago. Quantas is considering it, Air New Zealand indicated a week or two ago they are trialling the idea for 6 months. It is a sensible idea, that a vocal lunatic minority will oppose strongly.
I realise that letting nature take its course is something the 1% stands against with every fibre of its being. A millions times no. Every breath it takes is in a sense a revolt against nature. But this same attitude would kill the earthy who have to live with nature red in tooth and claw. A few people may have the power to move the earth in accordance with their own selfish class interests, but it could kill a normal human being. Beware the unintended consequences of your actions. The interests of the majority are served by nature taking its course which is why it's not allowed to happen.
The power to move the earth makes me very uncomfortable and I admit that it's an article of faith to let it be. In the context of the danger that the human species has always faced there would be no emergency today. The species is inherently more robust than advanced society realises.

Just think how much more robust we humans can be if we have fewer cows destroying air quality standards by their flatulence.

Yeah the usa is collapsing today for sure. No more civility or due process. Few trust the press. Nobody watched the oscars last year and it is doubtful anyone will watch the Oscars this year. The cancel culture and pc police have eradicated freedoms of speech and expressions. Few are polite in the usa anymore except these politicians while they speak to your face but not behind your back. Hi Campero—This could get a little hairy (controversial), so I’ll proceed with a smidgen (small amount) of caution. Theories are always out there, some are true, not true, or partly true...in my lifetime, cancer research has been a major target—ie- “find a cure?! WHAT!! And put all of those scientists and doctors out of work??” Other similar points-of-view followed, or were prominent, as well. I love my state (Oregon) like there’s no tomorrow, but the vaccine assignations are poorly arbitrated. The “state” has set guidelines, but apparently give the counties the administrative “power”. For instance, where I live, it is supposed to be ‘80+ , then down to 70+... and residents with health factors, such as auto-immune conditions (which I have). HOWEVER, the supplying medical services here are going by the “80+” only, and no other factors whatsoever are being considered. (I can’t even get a return telephone call..) So, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, the procedural is either unclear or unabiding. It’s a hot mess, if you ask me.I am not a doctor but damn.how hard is it to understand that this pandemic has only one purpose?.

yes, I will. In the early 80's I wasn't vaccinated against meningokokken, cause it wasn't usual, this vaccination. I got meningokokken when I was 13, could have been I already got in in France in July of 81, but in october 81 (I was 13) I became seriously ill, and it almost costed my life, it surely costed my school carrier. So the fact I wasn't infected was and is still working on for the rest of my life. So any disease I can get vaccinated against I will get. I'm in my early 50's now, and maybe or probably have past more than the half of my lifetime. But allthough I ain't afraid to die, I don't want to make it any shorter too.
I know, the vaccination is maybe a way to live less long, or maybe even die quick, but that's the risk I am willing to take, it can also help the people arround me to be vaccinated. When the vaccins are untrustworthy and many people are dying from the vaccin, I guess it would have been worldnews right now.

I was happy to receive my 1st vaccination but having chatted to my friend today, makes me wonder. Her friends who are in their 80's had their jabs done last December. Their daughter who is in her early 50's delivers their food etc..as she is in their "bubble". Their daughter contracted the virus. Her elderly parents caught it from their daughter even after having their covid shots. The father was admitted to hospital as he suffers from COPD. They are both doing well now but their daughter is fighting for her life in intensive care. They don't think that she will survive. So do we take the vaccine or not?. I'll take my chance on having my 2nd shot. It may not stop you contracting it but hopefully not as bad. We can only hope
