I don't know about that concept. However, laundering a blanket filled with glass beads does not sound like it would be easy, especially when in they dryer.
I would thing the word "glue" should have been a sufficient deterant. The only way I can see a judge awarding a decision in her favor, is if the company also has a cosmetic item with a similar name or label.
I have a feeling, that there's going to be a lot of giggles, behind her back, when she returns to teaching. Hopefully, she's not a teacher of cosmetics.
Upon her return, perhaps she will hear a few lines of this song;
e - Because in the USA the highest interest rate from a bank you will get will be 2% and that's from an online bank. More commonly it's 1% or less. The inflation rate for 2020 was 2.7% (thanks to Trump's trade wars). Thus, keeping money in a bank in the USA loses you money, especially if you compare it to the stock market.
I should add, that it's their body. Thus, they have a right to mark it up however they want. I respect their right. Just don't expect me to be interested in your poor choice(s) in 'art'.
