Many buyers just don't understand, that a Realtor, who is a buyer's agent, is there to protect their interests. They have the know how and experience to navigate things legally and efficiently. They do not cost the buyer a penny and their fee only comes after the sale and is paid to their company by the seller's company. Anyone who buys a home without a Realtor is a fool. If you don't like a certain Realtor, get a different one.
In addition there is a closing attorney, who goes over the contract 'with a fine tooth comb' to remove any legal language which would have given liability to the buyer.
A good inspector is also important. They usually save the buyer more than their relatively small fee and sometimes save $ thousands, detecting when the home is not structurally sound and/or when the furnace, AC, or electrical is not as it should be.
I now watched your video, which was more complete that the clip I originally saw. The announcer is wrong. There should be no RBI, because the run would not have scored without the error at first. Plus, as you point out, the first baseman should have just initially stepped on the first base bag, essentially 2 errors on the play.
I saw this. The Pirates made the mistake of focusing on the batter. They should have switched to focusing on the runner at third far before they did. If they did so, they would have got the runner coming home out and may have also got the batter out as well. I'm guessing that Pirate rookies were defending. If not, shame on them.
That remains to be seen. He's already paid hefty sums $$ from court case losses and lots of settlements. His legal team did horribly with the election challenges. They don't call grand juries for no reason. I'll admit, that so far, he has gotten away with too much. But, it is possible, that the piper is overdue to paid for him.
It's odd, but somewhat sweet, I suppose. However, I'm guessing, that it's going to be very difficult for one sister, if the other loses her life, unless it happens simultaneously. Unless someone married them both, the inseparability is going to be endlessly annoying.
CC. You are sick. Seek help. I am never happy with anyone dying. It's people like you, who promoted Trump's ridiculous stance on the virus, who have led people to their death, and no, I am not pleased with that at all.
In this case a whole lot of Congressmen ARE lying in not calling it what it was, an insurgency motivated by a corrupt someone fearful of losing power, because he knew it was what was keeping him from experiencing justice, and it was what was giving him a surplus of campaign funds. However, the coup did not work. He lost power and protection from justice. Justice will be served.
I do enjoy sometimes taking a different route home, or exploring paths I have never before been on. Sometimes it can lead to excellent vistas, or experiences.
But, were they ordered to do so, or is there a more likely situation, that those officers were part of the insurgence themselves ? If they were ordered, who ordered them certainly needs investigation. If they were not ordered and decided to do that themselves, then they should stand trial. As I already said, Trump fooled a significant part of the population with his lies, and that includes a significant percentage of the cops. If those police aided & abetted people storming the capitol, they should suffer the sentencing of those guilty of treason. Indeed, many of the insurgents were carrying flags, which were not the USA flag.
mic - That was not to use grenade style tazers. I can understand that. They should have been able to hold the fort without those. They had guns and were supposed to have shields.
mic - That looked like no tour that I've ever been on.
You have to remember that a certain percentage (perhaps 35%) of the population were fooled by Trump. This likely includes an approximately equal percentage of police. It's more likely, that they weren't ordered to stand down, but rather a small percentage were probably on the side of the insurgents. There should be consequences for aiding and abetting the insurgents.
That seems to be a fairly good description of the insurgents. As far as Trump knowing better, not sure. He's about average or below average intelligence, which is a lot more than many of his supporters. More likely, he didn't care. He got what he wanted out of it. He motivated dimwits to delay the vote outcome and lots of other dimwits to send him money. If it mattered what happened to his insurrectionists, he would have pardoned them.
Yeah, you have a lot of opinions. Unfortunately, very few are rooted in reality. I remember your opinion that Trump was going to destroy Biden in the debates. Biden had no chance. Trump was going to win in a landslide.
Not only are reservations needed 90 days in advance, but destruction and/or stealing of property is not allowed. Nor is harming or killing others, obviously. The bottom line they were not a 'tour group', their intent included storming the capitol, do damage, interfere with the election process, steal items, take hostages, kill and create chaos. It was an insurrectionist mob, not a tour group.
My father died of metastatic pancreatic cancer that spread throughout his body. It's a terrible disease, that I would not wish upon anyone and has perhaps the worst survival rate.
The best outcome is if it is confined to the pancreas only.
The truth about what happened. It was NOT a "tour group".
