Yes it is not nice addressing anyone as less desirable.
Now, I could be way out in left field here....and totally out of line with my sneaking suspicions...
But, I suspect...
That people who have a weak self image of themselves, that are perpetually not in relationship...who desire to be in one....from time to time, when their inner voice comes into their mind and provides them with an assessment of their situation, I would be willing to bet something that that inner voice labels them as less desirable.
So, to use that exact phrase that I have used...
It was meant to.....in my very own opinion here...to bring light to everyone, including those with favorable self images, to perhaps take note of....for whatever reason they may take note of it.

I agree...it is not nice to even think of people as less desirable, but I think people themselves think that way about themselves.
AI, I do agree with your point. Realistically, I would argue...somebody in and out of relationships might be the common denominator....meaning...something more going on behind the scenes than what is showing.
If there is any validity to History Channel's Ancient Aliens show....meaning we have been visited by aliens in ancient days...meaning the technology existed back then to do that...
....then to answer your question, very possible in my opinion
I was just watching a documentary where they say that if a person likes somebody.....especially when they have announced their commitment to others about a certain person....you change show them undeniable evidence they are not good....and they will maintain their favorable stance about them.
I am assuming, it is all for protecting their ego.
Indeed Robert....if you listen to the media, you would think the economy is booming. I would say it is for those who has the money to invest in the stock market.
