k - thanks for those figures. It seems that the sentencing itself is state regulated, rather than federally. So, at least for local elections that should remain up to the state. But, for federal elections perhaps the guidance should come from federal determination.
On that part of your statement I totally agree with you. But, that does not mean that most of it, or even a significant portion of it was fraud. My best guess, is that most of it was the 'voter' not signing the form, or something similar. In general the first time people try something, the more likely they will make simple mistakes. That does not mean the entire method should necessarily be discarded. Perhaps the instruction need to be repeated, or larger print, or some other change.
LL - very good points and good to see that you are still alive & kickin'. Thanks for all you do.
The key phrase......."some in connection with voter fraud allegations." How many ? 2 ? My guess is, that most were disqualified for not signing the form.
Evidence that most of the conservatives in the supreme court are literally a danger to society. For the sake of the lives of the congregations, thank goodness the chief justice sided with the more liberal judges.
Testing is important. However, it's not the only thing necessary to stay ahead of the trouble. Until one has been vaccinated against Covid-19, social distancing and mask wearing are important.
S - that is what a lot of people have done. While some businesses have adapted, some have not, and others have thrived. There has been record number of vegetable plant sales.
Trump is way beyond simply a bad leader. He is corrupt conman, a habitual liar, a demagogue, and a danger to society. He should have been removed from office long ago. Indeed, the election of Donald Trump is arguably the worst mistake the US has ever made.
L - very funny. I didn't ban him, because I disagree with him, or vice versa. There are other people on this blog, who disagree with me. I banned him because of his constant misbehavior. As I said, he adds absolutely nothing to the blog, doesn't address the topic of the blog and he constantly whines that the blog is not what he wants. Well, go to a different blog, that you do want. Don't waste our time with pathetic whining. The most ironic part, is that, according to him, he only has 6 blogs. Yeah, what a great contributor he is to the site, making him ultra qualified to judge other people's blogs.
Really, it's more like in 3 months, because the vast majority of those American deaths happened in the last 3 months and a lot of those could have been prevented, if President Bone Spurs, followed the pandemic response guidelines.
And now due to his last comment (first one deleted), his time out is up to 10 days. Perhaps we'll see a comment remain from you next Sunday the 7th. Or maybe not. I certainly won't miss you. Add another comment and it's a 2 week time out. Like a good vacation for me.
c - While a classic, I would not refer to it as a good song at all. #1. The song is way too repititious in both lyrics and #2. melody. #3. It's also not clearly indicated what exactly was the problem with his relationship in the song. Indeed, the only thing of any interest is that ring of fire, which is repeated ad nauseum.
When I was a kid, I used to do a fairly good imitation of his monotone voice and jokingly sing that song for my mom and get her laughing. I haven't done the imitation in many decades. I might be even better at it now. Not sure.
But, just for you, here it is unadulterated from the official site;
The judge is a really bad example, because he didn't do it by mail. He did it in person in a voting machine. So no, it isn't an example in this instance. Again, the amount of voter fraud is not significant. Every person who dies from Covid-19 is very significant to their family. Get your priorities straight.
I have no idea how many blogs you have, or don't have. I have no interest in the number, or you. Wow ! "6". That certainly 'qualifies' you to instruct me what I should blog about, "kid".
Apparently, you are not bright enough to catch my drift. So, I'll 'spell it out for you'; You add absolutely nothing of value to my blogs. Your whining is pathetic and obnoxious. I don't comment on your blogs. Do me the same favor. Thanks.
For several years I collected Tops baseball cards, when I was a kid. I used to go into a local store and buy the complete set....in duplicate. Two complete sets. I put the duplicate sealed sets in the original store bag along with the receipt. I tied off the bag. I never opened them. I still have them. The rookie cards alone are probably worth a lot by now. The complete sets.....priceless. OK, maybe not that much.
Candy - your statement is much better applied to yourself and your comments on MY blog. Save your whining in relation to comments of mine on your blog(s). Now run along "kid" and do something productive.
I never stated anything close to that. My statement is more like.....
Since there is no evidence of massive voter fraud, and most of the voter fraud that does exist has been in person, it is ridiculous to attempt to prohibit mail-in voting, especially during a pandemic. If evidence of massive voter fraud from mail-in voting subsequently surfaces, it can be altered later.
No. I said show me evidence of "massive" fraud. I know voter fraud exists. It probably always will. But, it is relatively insignificant. I am not going to stop using electricity because some people in the country get shocked.
W - First of all, Bernie is really an independent.
Secondly, apparently you missed, when I recently talked positively about Mitt Romney's courage and integrity to go with his conscience.
I also praised Trump in taking initial steps to resolve the opioid situation. Unfortunately, most of what he has done has been negative while in office. Indeed, most of his life.
I've also praised Lincoln & John McCain quite a lot.
But, like I just said above unfortunately in recent decades... Certainly Trump, McConnell, and GWB do not deserve much praise.
B - is there no limit to your obvious jealousy of me ? Your delusional rants are much too similar to a town drunk, blinded by his own self destruction.
Another Illegal Effort by Trump
To you and all those who daily help others.
