Thanks for the notification. thumbs up
However, I think you may want to include the word.....only

Unfortunately, it can only be seen...
It's not unfortunate that others CAN see it. laugh

RE: Is there no decency out there anymore

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

A - Trump exaggerates everything. Don't be surprised, when less people show up.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

Indeed, they are. I also said we are all dumb, when compared to smarter people.
After all, it is a relative term. Sorry if you can't handle the truth.

A bit of good Covid-19 news for a change

A - He should be on something. I suspect that something is lithium.
I suspect he is bipolar.

F - perhaps overall. But when you look at the most severe cases, it was more like 1 in 3,
which is quite significant.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

I call stupid ideas, stupid ideas, or point out the severe irony. Sorry if some can not handle that.
I permit alternative ideas on my blogs (regardless if they are brilliant, or stupid, or somewhere in between) and praise those that are good ones, whether they were my idea, or someone else's.

The experts (far more learned than any of us on here with regard to this topic) in the field of presidential history scored ALL the presidents on about 50 different presidential criteria. 170 of the most qualified experts.
When they tallied the scores (from both conservative & liberal leaning individuals), Trump was scored as the worst. Indeed, none of those judges (even the conservatives) ranked Trump higher than 3rd worse.

Yet, there's people on here, who somehow 'think' they know 'better' and they are very vocal in their support of Trump, while he destroys the country. I offer an alternative voice of reason to counteract the nonsense and the damage they do.

RE: What Happened To Waterbeds?

Waterbeds are great, especially those that are baffled to reduce the wave motion a bit.

RE: Rock Drummer And Trump Supporter Slams Liberals As ‘Cowards’

Perhaps it has more to do with the constant loud banging of drums at short distances eroding cognitive function.

RE: Rock Drummer And Trump Supporter Slams Liberals As ‘Cowards’

H - Trump, the worst US president in history, looks just as ridiculous to most US citizens too.
Unfortunately, the lower 2/5 on the IQ scale are still allowed to vote.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

That's because you are so blind with hatred for democrats, or anyone you think is a democrat,
that you refer to them as "demonrats". Clearly, you can't see straight, nor think clearly.
Every democrat is not the same, nor is every republican the same. People are individuals and should be
treated as such. Your prejudices prevent you from making wise decisions. Indeed, you have been an easy mark for propaganda.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

Or.....will natural selection (i.e. Covid-19) eliminate some of the dummies that actually show up to be crowded in with a bunch of other nutcases not wearing masks ?

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

There's no question, that Pence is a dud and she would be a more appealing VP.
However, the biggest problem, is the presidential candidate.
The only way that she would make a difference with a Trump presidency,
would be if Trump was removed from office, or died.
Indeed, he probably knows that, and thus, wouldn't change from Pence,
as either option would become more appealing to others.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

I considered voting for McCain BEFORE his VP selection.
I honestly figured some sort of brain issue, however, I did not know, that it was cancer.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

If you define fixing things as making them much worse.

That would make no difference. The SS could be put on hold.
Indeed, since the president gets the salary for life. If the person is elected,
would they really need SS ?

Why not have the candidates tested for mental capabilities prior to the election ?
That would have eliminated Trump from getting any votes.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

As horrible as that result would be, it is possible, especially if
the older voters have not learned their lesson from the past 3 years
and the younger voters again do not show up at the polls in 'battleground' states.

Hopefully, there won't be a lot of drinking and/or pot parties the night before the election.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

Conrad - The agreement wasn't a treaty and the majority of the assets were in foreign banks, not US banks. Thus, the Senate was not needed to approve it. Some Republicans in the Senate did discuss attempting to block it, but did not have the votes necessary to do so.

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

The money given back to Iran, was part of a deal that allowed nuclear inspections.
The idiot currently in office, elected by even dumber people, proceeded to tear up
that agreement with Iran. So, they kept the $$$ and we no longer have access to inspect. Yeah, he's a real "stable genius" deal maker. roll eyes crazy

We see it time & time again, conservatives misled by dishonest propaganda, attempt to distract from the current real problem by trying "what about that" arguments, which divert one's attention from the real problem.
The topic of this blog is Trump's history of bankruptcies and his driving the national debt up, despite promising to eliminate the national debt.

Apparently, some are so misled by propaganda, that they STILL have not learned,
that the money which was given BACK to Iran was their money, not ours to spend.

RE: New COVID-19 cases on the rise...

I made 6 quick masks from a large roll of cotton fabric, that I had picked up at a flea market a long while ago.
The design is alternating thin, black, white and yellow parallel bands. Reminds me somewhat of a bee.
I made them long enough that they wrap around my head three times and just tie in the back (i.e. triple layered). No elastic & no sewing.
Anyway, I keep one in the car and one at the front door and the other 4 get rotated to replace the 2 active ones.
weekly. After 2 weeks the 4 used ones go in the laundry.

I don't sneeze or cough much at all - no allergies. So, it definitely suffices. Plus, one friend now calls me "Sting".
So, that's a bonus. laugh

Yeah, the rush back to open back up was bound to result in Covid-19 cases.
Your governor doesn't sound like the sharpest nail in the box.

The Lasting Stain of Trump on Republican Lawmakers

(continued & finished from above)

RE: "Fox News removes manipulated images from coverage of Seattle protests"

Yeah, and Trump lies "now & then"..... all ~ 11,000 times.
Apparently, the new definition of "now & then" is - much too frequently. thumbs down

John Bolton states that all that matters to Trump is re-election, even if it harms the USA

(continued & finished from my last comment)

John Bolton states that all that matters to Trump is re-election, even if it harms the USA

That is very accurate. We've seen it repeat over & over many times with different people.
One of Trump's many weaknesses, is that he can never admit, when he is wrong, and he is wrong a lot.
He has terrible judgement and gets some of his stupid 'ideas' from ridiculous sources.
So, when anyone points out to him that he is wrong, he fires them for 'not being loyal', when the reality is,
that he can't handle being wrong, or have anyone disagree with him. When you own your own business,
you can get away with that behavior for a while, until you go bankrupt. Not so as US president. Your flaws become exposed for the world to see. As we have seen with Trump, bad decisions and lack of foresight can cost lots of lives. Other presidents are smart enough to hire smarter people and then apply their advice.
Not Trump. The idiot actually thinks he's a "stable genius". rolling on the floor laughing
He is neither stable, nor very smart. But, he's smarter than the fools who he cons.
He also much more evil & criminal than them too.

RE: OMG... Kelly Clarkson is seeking divorce.

Sounds like autotune corrected (or whatever the name for it is) vocals.
She's also put on a lot more weight since that video.
Here's a recent commercial containing her. Note her last line in it.

She's so commercial, she actually does commercials. laugh

RE: Happy Birthday to me!

Sounds like you might enjoy being a cook for your next job.
I'm glad things turned out well.

New York & other US states make changes to improve the policing problems.

I agree. Hopefully progress will continue.

RE: OMG... Kelly Clarkson is seeking divorce.

I believe 'fat shaming' has to do with ridiculing of her to her.
I sincerely doubt Ms. Clarkson will ever see this blog.
I also doubt, that she hasn't heard the same advice from family & friends, perhaps in more subtle ways. The fact is, she's overweight and likely knows it.
