Indeed, almost 3 million voters less than half voted for Trump. Because of an archaic set-up (that should be changed), he won the vote anyway. Nonetheless, to have even that many voters vote for a lying conman is embarrassing. Apparently, there are a lot of very stupid people here.

Thoughts such as "what did I do wrong" or "what does he want" or "what ticket will I get" or "how much will this end up costing me". Trump has weaponized areas of the government, that had served apolitically since their inception (i.e. post office, diplomats, AG, CDC, and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Radio Free Asia, Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Office of Cuba Broadcasting and the Open Technology Fund.) Each is more evidence of his corruption.

Apparently, you misunderstand. It was a poll of the public in those countries, not just of the leaders of the countries. It's how the world views Trump and the USA now, due in large part to Trump. The USA is no longer the world leader in the view of the citizens of the world. It has slipped down many places from when Obama was president. The world actually sees Trump as worse than the leaders of Russia and China. That is very significant.
