It doesn't matter what you think The virus doesn't respond to how you think. All it took was one virus infecting a human for the whole thing to start. One bat can carry millions of virus. Virus are tiny, much smaller than even 1 bacteria. You can't see a bacterial cell. The only way to see virus are with an electron microscope.
I greatly disagree. For starters (pun intended), China initially tried to cover up the problem. This delayed not only the world with preparing for it, but information regarding treatments tried and successes and failures. In addition Trump in his paring down the pandemic response team, denying the seriousness of the problem, ignoring a dozen warnings, and then leaving states to bid against each other, rather than taking a leadership role, ended up killing thousands more people than if a good leader was in office.
On THIS PART of your statement I agree. Indeed, this part of the statement is the most intelligent comment you have made on here, even if it was hidden within less intelligent rhetoric.
It's something I predicted early on CS. The virus is an opportunist. It just infects where it is spread. That is it's function. That is how it reproduces. Unlike what Trump states. The virus is not "very intelligent". It is that Trump (and his followers) is (are) dumb.
If you don't isolate and don't take precautions (washing hands with soap & water, masks, not touching nose, mouth or eyes after touching surfaces) the virus will spread from those infected to those who have not been infected. It doesn't do this in an intelligent way. It does it as it has evolved to do it. It CAN be beaten IF the proper precautions are undertaken.
Populations of people have a broad range of intelligence. There will always be relatively stupid people, who will emotionally rebel against doing things in an intelligent way. They are dangerous to themselves and to others. We simply have to minimize their effect until an effective vaccine is widely available. It's a wisely waiting game. Rushing back to opening everything back up without proper precautions is helping the virus. Trump is not helping the citizens. He's doing quite the opposite.
Your comprehension is severely lacking. The POINT of the blog, is that more testing gives us a better awareness of the number of people infected and who they are. This leads to better isolation and thus, less subsequent infections. The blogger and the commenters are not indicating that testing has any direct control over the current number of infections. They are, what they are, and it would be beneficial to know the actual level and who to isolate.
At some point you're going to have to face & accept, that you are brighter than the average Trump supporter, or even most of them, or maybe all of them.
Yeah, they acted as bearers of a few ballots. Wrong, but nothing substantial. Perhaps they didn't even know they couldn't be bearers. It likely would have had no real affect on the outcome.
