I never go into the search mode. I only correspond with people in the forumsProfiles lie, you get to know a person through the forums. Maybe there are women who think like me, if they don't see you in the forums, they don't know you exist!!
Let me explain why I never use the "search" It's like going to a shoe store. "may I see style blah blah?" you look it over. At first it looks good, then you find something about it, you don't like.
So you go to the next style...ad naseum!
I think a relationship shouldn't be like picking a pair of shoes!
On a more serious note! I am 57 years old. I worked hard to get here and there are countless others striving to reach this point and beyond. I am proud to be 57. I may not be in perfect health...but I wasn't at 21 either. I don't want some young chippy trying to make me feel younger...I want a mature woman who has experienced much the same as I have. One who can share joys and disappointments, accomplishments and failures...not just discuss the latest concert tour of whoever. One who knows that love is an emotion, not a feeling.
Age is not "just a number" it's a bench mark of progress and life skills as well as maturity.

WHERE!!!!! I live in Florida and I've seen pelicans, egrets, an oprey was sitting om my fence two days ago, even. I've seen ducks, flamingos "cow birds" But I have never seen a LOON!!! I want names...and preferably...phone numbers!!
