Sunday, I attended a Natural Remedy Seminar given by Jim Walker.
Jim is almost 92 years old. Jim had a practice in Houston, Texas
but received too many threats by the FDA and had to shut down.
Today, Jim teaches others how to heal themselves, as that is at this time, not against the law.

ABOUT THE FILM:
Burzynski, the Movie is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who won the largest, and possibly the most convoluted and intriguing legal battle against the Food & Drug Administration in American history.

His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski's gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970's called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and could begin the final phase of FDA testing in 2011–barring the ability to raise the required $150 million to fund the final phase of FDA clinical trials.

When Antineoplastons are approved, it will mark the first time in history a single scientist, not a pharmaceutical company, will hold the exclusive patent and distribution rights on a paradigm-shifting medical breakthrough.

Antineoplastons are responsible for curing some of the most incurable forms of terminal cancer. Various cancer survivors are presented in the film who chose these medicines instead of surgery, chemotherapy or radiation - with full disclosure of medical records to support their diagnosis and recovery - as well as systematic (non-anecdotal) FDA-supervised clinical trial data comparing Antineoplastons to other available treatments—which is published within the peer-reviewed medical literature.

This documentary takes the audience through the treacherous, yet victorious, 14-year journey both Dr. Burzynski and his patients have had to endure in order to obtain FDA-approved clinical trials of Antineoplastons.

Dr. Burzynski resides and practices medicine in Houston, Texas. He was able to initially produce and administer his discovery without FDA-approval from 1977-1995 because the state of Texas at this time did not require that Texas physicians be required to adhere to Federal law in this situation. This law has since been changed.

As with anything that changes current-day paradigms, Burzynski's ability to successfully treat incurable cancer with such consistency has baffled the industry. Ironically, this fact had prompted numerous investigations by the Texas Medical Board, who relentlessly took Dr. Burzynski as high as the state supreme court in their failed attempt to halt his practices.

Likewise, the Food and Drug Administration engaged in four Federal Grand Juries spanning over a decade attempting to indict Dr. Burzynski, all of which ended in no finding of fault on his behalf. Finally, Dr. Burzynski was indicted in their 5th Grand Jury in 1995, resulting in two federal trials and two sets of jurors finding him not guilty of any wrongdoing. If convicted, Dr. Burzynski would have faced a maximum of 290 years in a federal prison and $18.5 million in fines.

Real Life Cat Burglar

On her early morning walk, my dog ventured into the neighbors house (their front door was open), picked up their sons gorilla house slipper and brought it home. I had no idea where it came from so we used it as a fetch toy. A couple of weeks later, she did it again, bringing home the boys other gorilla house slipper. It was beyond me where these slippers came from until I was visiting with the neighbor months later, when she mentioned she had seen my dog run into her living room, grab the boys slipper and run out the door! We had a good laugh over it. The boy had outgrown the slippers by the time I found out. The cat brought home a pair of sneekers in that video, too!

The link to the video posted on my profile tells all about it. The water of 7 springs from different sources with different mineral content in each, are in fact Healing, weather you drink it or submerge yourself. Personally, I prefer and bottle the water from Pavillion Springs. It's the only water I drink. I bring it home in 5 gallon bottles. I aerate it for 5 days, which releases the gases the water picks up in the rock as it travels the 250 mile trip before surfacing. Sulphur is a very quiet town, laid back and 20 years behind the times. It's a very Spiritual place.

In the early 1900's, 19 trains per day with 1,000 people on board per train, arrived in Sulphur, bringing them from Paris and all parts of the world.

Tourist season began last weekend. Now we receive 10,000 visitors daily to Turner Falls and the camps. That's not counting the park in Sulphur or Arbuckle lake and their camps!

Dagasto, it IS before the City Council currently to change the towns name to "Sulphur Springs", but I believe at last vote, it did not win the majority. Some have been trying to change it for awhile.

And we have seen how our reps have listened to us lately.
Many were voted out of office because they voted their own way instead of voting how the people they represent asked them to vote.

I do agree with you though, it is the proper way to do things and a little bit of difference is being seen in Washington, as to how our reps are voting these days. I suppose some of them got the message... they could be next!

A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other teacher's unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart.

Coffee Filters

It's Amazing what people can do with coffee filters!

Coffee filters. Who knew! And you can buy 1,000 at the Dollar Stores cheap, cheap, cheaper than paper towels. Use the same as ;you would paper towels but in some cases the extra strength of a filter is beneficial also the fact they are lint free is better.

1. Cover bowls or dishes when cooking in the microwave. Coffee filters make excellent covers.

2. Clean windows, mirrors, and chrome. Coffee filters are lint-free so they'll leave windows sparkling.

3. Protect China by separating your good dishes with a coffee filter between each dish.

4. Filter broken cork from wine. If you break the cork when opening a wine bottle, filter the wine through a coffee filter.

5.. Protect a cast-iron skillet. Place a coffee filter in the skillet to absorb moisture and prevent rust.

6. Apply shoe polish. Ball up a lint-free coffee filter.

7. Recycle frying oil. After frying, strain oil through a sieve lined with a coffee filter.

8. Weigh chopped foods. Place chopped ingredients in a coffee filter on a kitchen scale.

9. Hold tacos. Coffee filters make convenient wrappers for messy foods.

10. Stop the soil from leaking out of a plant pot. Line a plant pot with a coffee filter to prevent the soil from going through the drainage holes.

11. Prevent a Popsicle from dripping. Poke one or two holes as needed in a coffee filter.

12. Do you think we used expensive strips to wax eyebrows? Use strips of coffee filters.

13. Put a few in a plate and put your fried bacon, French fries, chicken fingers, etc on them. It soaks out all the grease.

14. Keep in the bathroom. They make great "razor nick fixers."

15. As a sewing backing. Use a filter as an easy-to-tear backing for embroidering or applique soft fabrics.

16. Put baking soda into a coffee filter and insert into shoes or a closet to absorb or prevent odors.

17. Use them to strain soup stock and to tie fresh herbs in to put in soups and stews.

18. Use a coffee filter to prevent spilling when you add fluids to your car.

19. Use them as a spoon rest while cooking and clean up small counter spills.

20. Can use to hold dry ingredients when baking or when cutting a piece of fruit or veggies. Saves on having extra bowls to wash.

21. Use them to wrap Christmas ornaments for storage.

22. Use them to remove fingernail polish when out of cotton balls.

23. Use them to sprout seeds. Simply dampen the coffee filter, place seeds inside, fold it and place it into a plastic baggies until they sprout.

24. Use coffee filters as blotting paper for pressed flowers. Place the flowers between two coffee filters and put the coffee filters in phone book.

25. Use as a disposable "snack bowl" for popcorn, chips, etc.


OH YEAH THEY ARE GREAT TO USE IN YOUR COFFEE MAKERS TOO
better than the mesh filter that comes with your pot as the paper filter actually removes some nasty compounds that are in coffee.

President's Day

I was eating lunch on the 20th of February with my 10-year-old
granddaughter and I asked her, "What day is tomorrow?"

She said "It's President's Day!"

She is a smart kid.

I asked "What does President's Day mean?"

I am open and willing to change my mind.
When I expand my mind, my heart follows. Expansion occurs when I open to a new thought or idea, or when I allow a question to attract an unexpected answer. If my mind is closed, I cannot effect change in the world. If I am entrenched in my beliefs, certain that I know the way, I am not able to see what is possible.

As I release limited thinking and invite Spirit to transform my mind, I see the world in its infinite possibility. It is like opening a magnificent gift. I see life anew and my defenses drop. I become open and willing to hear another point of view.

When my mind is open, the light of Spirit enters in. I anticipate and invite only my highest good, and I am richly blessed.

Right Relationships

My divine nature guides my relationships into perfect alignment.
Many people wonder how to find their "special someone" or how to improve their current relationships. Before seeking someone or something outside myself, I first turn within to Spirit.

When Spirit takes priority in my life--guiding my thoughts and actions--all my relationships come into spiritual alignment. My oneness with Spirit gives me unparalleled security and joy. I relax in the silence of prayer and replenish my energy and my capacity to give. This positively impacts my partner, my children and my co-workers--as it positively impacts me. Harmony

Every stranger is my brother or sister.
Creating a world of harmony happens one person at a time--and it starts with me. In conscious alignment with Spirit, I focus on creating peace and harmony within myself. Harmony then extends to my peaceful and loving relationships with my family and community, then spreads to my brothers and sisters around the world.

The spirit of God is within every person. If ever I feel disconnected from another, I take steps to re-establish harmony. I reach out to others with love and respect. I remember that we are all connected; there are no strangers; separation does not exist.

When we see each other as members of one big family, the world is united in perfect harmony.

World Peace

I share the peace in my heart with the world.
I care deeply about the world and everyone in it, and though I may feel a yearning to help others, I do not always know how. Because events around the world can seem distant and separate from me, my first response occurs within my own awareness.

When I see images or hear reports of discord, I take the situation into prayer. I hold thoughts of peace, and I visualize peace prevailing within every heart and mind. I resolve to speak in peaceful ways and share the potential for peace with others.

Through prayer, I allow God to heal me of any fear or sense of separation. I realize my oneness with others. Peace is alive in my heart, and this makes a difference in the world.
