RE: Smoking

Stopped smoking on 1st of June 2010, about 10 packets of 20 per week.
Woke up that morning and decided my organs had enough black tar!
Went Cold Turkey, saved the price of a packet each
day and had saved €2500 by that Christmas. Never smoked since!

RE: Meghan Merkle

Good observation Merc...
The name of the Royal family was changed from the German Saxe-Coburg and Gotha to the English name Windsor in 1917. Like most royals families, they married royals from all across Europe. The first real multicultural family in the UK.

She is very valuable to the high street stores and often wears high street prices!!
She is a very beautiful woman, doing a great job and I wish her well!

RE: Women Rule, Men Serve!! ????

In a great partnership, a woman generally is better at managing the household.
and a man makes a better provider.

It is part of the British culture. Use it or lose it!

RE: Meghan Merkle

RE: Spiritual?

I believe so too! Everyone is on a particular journey of discovery!
Some settle for less than they desire because they may be content at at that point.
For others, they will not stop until they find their destination. They must look inside to find their travel guide using mind tools like meditation and reflection!

The two most important days of ones life is
the day they were born
and the day they discovered why.....

Me too laugh

RE: What do guys look for in a woman

What men look for in a woman and what attracts
them to a woman are quiet different.
The woman they are attracted to may have none of the
attributes they are looking for.
Some try to mould her into their “hopeful concept”

RE: Hurt people hurt people

Sometimes, instead of dealing with it, people who are hurting attempt to park their hurt on to others.
I refuse to be their parking space!

RE: How soon before we see three men in bathtubs in a prime time Cialis TV commercial?

Why three? Why not two?
Three equates to lust but two might be love
and more acceptable. If I may go a step further,
what happens behind the four walls of a relationship should
be sacrosanct. We don’t need to know!

RE: Trump shines through again

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

Sterling has gone from £1.30 to £1.11 against the Euro since the Brexit vote.
Great for exporters but terrible for importers.
The English tourist will probable stay put and spend sterling at home so good for tourism, however, inflation will erode the gains up until now..
Factor in the Irianian sanctions giving the rapid rise in oil prices! And oil is still bought in dollars... ?????

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

Most people are not tuned in to economics, they go with the flow! It’s about big business (the few) and the people (the many) are mearly the working ants.

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

It gives the UK a better GDP. For citizens, imports become more costly and it devalues real income as there is a tendency towards inflation and costs increase whilst wages remain. For the UK, nobody quiet knows what that may mean after a Brexit. At the moment the UK are experiencing a false economy!

RE: I want to post a thread about something I know nothing about

And it would be the fastest way for a man to get a
augmentation of his vital statistics. dancing

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

After Brexit the UK will step outside of the Maastricht Treaty and others since, they will step outside of the free movement of people - alongside free movement of goods, services and capital. The UK are experiencing what is equivalent to a devalued pound since the Brexit vote which is great for exports and a hugh boost to the economy! The UK is also still governed by stringent fiscal policies, human rights laws and most importantly for workers a workers charter...
